    We are currently searching for an experienced CEI Senior Project Engineer to support our Gulf Region located in Brentwood or Nashville, TN.


    To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, 10 years of experience in major road and bridge construction and TDOT experience.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Direct construction engineering administration and inspection project/programPlan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members; develop and/or review project specific policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReview programs for conformance with Client standardsIdentify and pursue future opportunitiesThe Senior Project Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining an excellent professional relationship with those organizations to facilitate both the successful completion of current ongoing projects and the successful pursuit of follow-on assignmentsPreparing proposals and estimates for new projectsReviewing technical work and reports prepared by othersManaging projects so that schedules and budget are metPeriodic visits to construction or work sites to perform inspections

    What you need to have:

    Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited programRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Tennessee is required10+ years of progressive experience in major road and bridge constructionTDOT experience and existing relationships required (Region 3 preferred)Previous experience managing projects and personnelMust have proven skills in meeting TDOT expectations, schedules, and budgetsProven leadership, communication, mentoring, and client liaison skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
