TransPerfect Translations International Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their Applications Development team.
Responsibilities:
· Design, Develop and document new project requirements, specs, and schedules.
· Research and evaluate new software technologies for continuous improvement of web application features and performance.
· Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
· Design and deploy data table structures for data handling and index optimization
· Implement architectures that satisfy project requirements and provide future leverage.
· Conduct integration testing and unit testing using NUnit and Jasmine Test frameworks for various application modules.
· Code new features and maintain web application using C#, .NET Core APIs, Angular 9+, Ant Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL server
· Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues
· Code review peer developer’s code and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality of code.
· Provide technical advice to junior developers, as needed on projects
· Promote the sharing of common architectural constructs, standards and frameworks across projects within the organization.
Requirements
· Requires 6 years of experience in a software development field, including:
o At least 6 years of experience in the design and implementation of C# and ASP .Net applications and web services
o 3 years of experience using SQL Server
o 3 years of experience building applications using Angular 9 +to develop and maintain web applications.
o 3 years of experience with unit testing, regression and integration testing.
· Knowledge of source control systems including Azure DevOps Server, Git and SVN.
· Advanced level of object oriented design and modeling.
· Good knowledge of design patterns
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to provide solutions for complex problems and challenges
· Fast learner who can work with minimal supervision
· Strong Oral and Written communication skills

1.0 OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our Team...
The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and have a collaborative approach to complex problem solving with a positive can-do attitude. You must be reliable, proactive, and maintain composure under pressure. You must possess strong communication skills, ability to transfer information clearly and use discretion to escalate the most urgent issues. You will also be a mentor/guide for junior IT Engineers.
2.0 Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree (or relevant experience)
· Experience supporting a large-scale globally distributed environment
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· Very good experience with Redhat Linux and variants such as CentOS/Rocky/RedHat
· Strong understanding of linux network stack, system security and kernel tuning
· Experience with virtualization technology such as VMware running in a production environment.
· Experience with software based load-balancers (haproxy)
· Experience with at least one scripting language such as shell/python/perl etc.
· Experience with system monitoring tools such as Nagios/Zabbix
· Experience with automation tools like ansible
· Experience with systems logging tools and centralized logging (ELK stack)
· Experience with containers (docker)
· Must be fluent in the English language
Responsibilities
· Configure/setup, maintain and troubleshoot servers and services - automation of redundant processes.
· Participate in infrastructure and capacity planning.
· Participate in the planning, designing and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
· Application and operating system tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
· Implement and deploy infrastructure to support a global environment.
· Implement and maintain security solutions
· Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including troubleshooting and replacement of faulty system hardware.
· Perform routine server updates/patching and software deployments.
· Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all server environments

· Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
