    Position Overview:

    We are working with a leading Mechanical Contractor in the Chantilly, VA area to find an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with expertise in mechanical HVAC & Plumbing projects.     Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage all phases of assigned projects from award to completion.Coordinate with project schedulers to ensure project timelines are met.Estimate and negotiate change orders, maintaining accurate change order logs.Manage project budgets, approving expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.Administer project contracts and subcontracts.Oversee the buyout process for subcontracts and equipment procurement.Maintain communication with project owners, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.Ensure accurate and complete project records and manage close-out documentation.Conduct punch-list inspections in coordination with the superintendent and owner's representative, and issue punch lists to relevant subcontractors.Foster relationships with past clients to secure repeat business.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial, institutional, or government projects with budgets over $10 million.Proven track record of successfully managing project teams, with a strong grasp of project controls and financial management.Ability to establish and adhere to project timelines and budgets.Experience with change order estimation and negotiation.Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate productive, cross-disciplinary meetings.Demonstrated career stability with a history of successful project management.

    Introduction:

    We are seeking a Project Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance and being onsite.

    The Project Integrator will be responsible for introducing and implementing Configuration Management processes, supporting the full life cycle of the Customer’s CM Database, tracking and monitoring Change Requests, and providing follow-up coordination and status for action items or issues.     Requirements:

    Overview:

    As a Senior Technical Program Manager and Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding engineering teams to adopt a multi-discipline approach. Your primary mission is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).

    Duties:

    Mentor and guide Mid-level and Junior-level system engineers responsible for executing critical tasks spanning requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability, and analysis across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies.

    Work Location

    This position is remote, and the Healthcare Call Center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 8am through 5pm, extending from Eastern Time (ET) through Pacific Time (PT). Your core work hours would be determined by the program manager.
