    The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a Program Manager (PM) to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of all aspects of a Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) contract.


    Work Location

    HYBRID, Washington DC area. Must be able to attend meetings as required in the metro region.

    CERTIFICATIONS 

    A current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.A favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication or active Secret clearance.

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in business, management, or similar area of study.

    REQUIREMENTS

    7+ years of experience managing military community support programs.5+ years of experience in leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to varied end-users within military or Government sectors.

    The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to oversee all aspects of IT and cybersecurity support for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP)'s enterprise systems. The ST PM will lead technical staff and ensure the delivery of compliant, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with a strong background in federal cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and large-scale IT program execution, particularly in DoD environments.


    Work Location

    HYBRID, Washington DC area. Must be able to attend meetings as required in the metro region.


    CERTIFICATIONS

    One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO, GSLC.

    Active Top Secret clearance or a favorable Tier 5 investigation adjudication.


    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.


    REQUIREMENTS

    8+ years managing complex IT projects of similar size/scope

    Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide day-to-day leadership of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel.

    Oversee performance under Task 3, ensuring technical compliance and innovation.

    Serve as technical liaison between contractor teams and Government leadership.

    Support cybersecurity operations, infrastructure, and compliance activities.

    Track program metrics and manage project risks and resources.

    The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a dynamic and innovative Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of communications, engagement, and brand initiatives for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The O&E PM oversees personnel, drives campaign ideation, and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital engagement, public relations, and high-visibility government communications.


    Work Location

    REMOTE. Must be able to physically attend meetings as required in the metro Washington DC region, primarily in the Alexandria, Virginia area.

    CERTIFICATIONS

    Active SECRET security clearance or a favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication.

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or related field.

    REQUIREMENTS

    8+ years managing Government or corporate communications.5+ years in O&E leadership covering brand, content, PR, web/social media.Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.Favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication or SECRET security clearance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a Program Manager to support and to lead our team staffing a Healthcare Call Center.

    The mission of the Healthcare Call Center focuses on providing services and support to transitioning military service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e., mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care.

    Work Location

    This position is remote, and the Healthcare Call Center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 8am through 5pm, extending from Eastern Time (ET) through Pacific Time (PT).

    IMPORTANT: You are required to attend in person and to present at a monthly Program Management Review (PMR) in the Washington DC area.



    CERTIFICATIONS 

    Certification as a Project Management Professional or certification in a related field (project management and/or healthcare).You are required to be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A Security+CE certification would be appropriate.

    EDUCATION


    A Masters-level degree and past training in mental health, healthcare administration, or related area.

    REQUIREMENTS


    Knowledge of and proficiency with DoD contracts and contract administration. A minimum of five years of experience in Project or Program Management in mental health or equivalent leadership role with multiple supervisees.Experience successfully managing large teams and complex mental health programs.Experience in working with DoD government personnel and understanding DoD policies and procedures.Experience working with military populations. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with DHA and other government leadership, staff, and customers.Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
