    Our Mitigation Department is growing in our North Arlington office, and we are seeking to add an experienced, results-driven Project Manager to help lead mitigation operations. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:
    Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in training restoration teammates
    Position Requirements
    Valid drivers licenseHigh school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelors degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 2-3 years of restoration/construction industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredIntermediate math skillsStrong decision making and leadership skillsStrong computer knowledgeAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies
    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Job File Coordinator (JFC) Team Lead to join our team in Midlothian, VA. The JFC Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of Job File Coordinators and assigned Project Manager ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, truly enjoys providing exceptional customer service, able to take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment. The JFC Team Lead works to ensure processes are performed according to SERVPRO Franchise guidelines with completed jobs meeting or exceeding customer expectations while also seeking way to improve team performance.

    Responsibilities:
    - Monitor assigned job files to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
    - Create preliminary quotes for services using estimating software
    - Assist in scheduling Project Manager to complete jobs
    - Provide timely resolution of customer questions and concerns
    - Assist with after-hour questions, technical support, and handling customer calls, as needed
    - Train new hires and provide continued training sessions for performance improvement

    Requirements:
    - 5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service experience
    - 1+ year of management or supervisory experience, required
    - Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
    - Experience in job file process and writing estimates, preferred
    - Driver's license in good standing

    Formal Education/Training:
    - IICRC certification, preferred
    - Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software, preferred
