    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
    Associate of Arts (AA)/Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent
    Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and/or text translation from the required language into idiomatic, standard American English or 3 in listening and/or reading on the DLPT.
    Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience in Cryptologic Operations performing language processing in the required language(s).
    In lieu of the Associate's Degree an additional two (2) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.
    For no more than one (1) year of the required four (4) years, Reporting shall be the primary duty.

RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a multi-disciplined Technical Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) or Technical Targeter targeting customer defined foreign interests, entities and actors.
    Research develop and document high-priority targets to further enable access via additional analysis through direct engagement with team and IC Partners.

    Understanding of Customer messaging and reporting writing skills
    Excellent analytic skills associated with large data sets using Maryland customer tools and capabilities
    Cyber and technical network vulnerability analysis
    Bachelor's degree in information systems, informatics, statistics, or computer science/cyber security or equivalent military, industrial contractor experience.
    Minimum of five years of experience using some of the below software and tools:
    Experience with current Maryland customer tools and capabilities
    Strong problem solving and communication skills
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Understanding of Customer recruitment cycles
    Desired experience or willingness to participate in IC cross-agency collaborative efforts

Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major
    • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles. In addition, it may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration.
