VAMC is seeking Medical Technologists to support laboratory and pathology services within a respected federal healthcare facility. This is an urgent contract with immediate hiring needs—ideal for candidates ready to step into a critical, patient-impacting role.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing across all major departments (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.)Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with established protocolsSupport pathology and laboratory medicine services onsiteRespond to urgent testing needs and maintain timely turnaroundMaintain proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standardsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldMinimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experienceAmerican Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) OR American Medical Technologists OR American Association of BioanalystsCurrent BLS certificationMust have worked within the last 6 monthsU.S. Citizen or Green Card holder requiredAbility to meet federal compliance and credentialing requirementsWhat's in it for you?
