    MUSCOGEE (CREEK) NATION Seeking a SOFTWARE SYSTEMS ANALYST General Summary: Under the supervision of the Information Technology Manager, the Software Systems Analyst is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and operational support of the software infrastructure utilized by the Office of Public Gaming to administer regulatory functions and enforce compliance with Muscogee (Creek) Nation laws and OPG regulations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing software systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Evaluate current software and infrastructure to identify opportunities for enhancement, modernization, or integration with new technologies. Plan and execute approved software development or expansion projects. Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to acquire, configure, and deploy software and supporting systems in alignment with security, audit, and budget requirements. Maintain development, testing, and production environments; perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and after-hours support as needed to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and change control records. Oversee software release cycles and coordinate version updates. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the department. Support OPG in software-related aspects of audits, compliance reviews, and IT operational assessments across Muscogee (Creek) Nation gaming facilities. Perform additional duties in support of departmental objectives as assigned. Minimum Requirements : Education bachelor's degree in computer related field and/or equivalent experience or combination. Experience Three to five years Job experience in related IT Discipline. Certifications and licenses Must successfully pass background investigation as required by the National Indian Gaming Commission. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of enterprise supported hardware, software and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity. Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software. Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems. Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes. Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions. Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and/or mainframe applications and systems. Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications. Records maintenance skills. Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol. Knowledge of federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software. Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users. Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and operating systems. Strong interpersonal skills. Special Considerations Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Must have dependable transportation and insurance. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license. Must be computer literate. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Muscogee and Indian Preference and veterans. Must be able to obtain Muscogee Nation Employee Gaming License. Preferred Requirements: Education Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs.     MUSCOGEE (CREEK) NATION Seeking an INVESTIGATOR General Summary: The Investigator is a sworn law-enforcement officer of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation responsible for conducting follow-up and specialized criminal investigations, including traffic accidents, serious traffic offenses, and other assigned criminal matters. Duties are performed within the Nation's jurisdiction, including Indian Country as defined in 18 U.S.C. 5 1151, and in coordination with Tribal, State, and Federal law-enforcement partners as authorized. The Police Investigator applies investigative techniques to collect, analyze, and document evidence; interview involved parties; reconstruct events; and prepare cases for prosecution, while ensuring compliance with constitutional policing standards, due-process protections, and departmental policy. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct criminal investigations, including traffic accidents involving injury, death, or complex circumstances. Respond to accident and incident scenes; coordinate and supervise investigative activities at the scene. Interview victims, witnesses, and suspects; review and evaluate statements and evidence. Document and reconstruct accident scenes through photographs, measurements, diagrams, and analytical techniques. Prepare detailed investigative reports, affidavits, and case files for prosecutorial review. Enforce applicable traffic and criminal laws related to investigated incidents, including issuing citations or making arrests when legally justified. Utilize approved equipment and techniques for traffic-related investigations, including speed detection or impairment assessment, as authorized by policy and law. Coordinate with patrol officers, prosecutors, forensic personnel, and partner agencies during investigations. Analyze traffic data, accident trends, or problem areas to support traffic safety and enforcement planning. Testify in Tribal, State, or Federal court regarding investigative findings. Maintain firearms proficiency and comply with use-of-force policies and training requirements. Perform other sworn investigative duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position as assigned. Minimum Requirements : Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Three (3) years of sworn law-enforcement experience, including investigative or traffic enforcement responsibilities. Special Skills: Certifications and licenses: Must possess and maintain CLEET certification, Indian Police Academy certification, or Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) certification. Must meet all requirements for commissioned law-enforcement officers of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver s license. Preferred Requirements: Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field. Experience: Experience in traffic accident reconstruction or advanced traffic investigations. Training in crash reconstruction, DUI investigations, or traffic safety enforcement.
