    General description summary

    Perimeter Solutions, LP is seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Supervisor to support and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs at our McClellan, CA retardant manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements while fostering a strong, proactive safety culture across all plant operations. The Safety Supervisor partners closely with production, maintenance, logistics, and leadership teams to reduce risk, prevent incidents, and ensure safe chemical manufacturing, storage, and transportation practices.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (not in any priority):


    Ensure compliance with all company EHS policies, Safe Operating Procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulationsSupervise daily plant safety activities and support safe work practices across all departmentsConduct routine facility inspections, hazard assessments, and behavioral safety observationsMonitor chemical handling activities, including labeling, storage, loading, transportation, and regulatory documentationLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective and preventive actionsDevelop, coordinate, and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency response drillsSupport and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements, where applicableMaintain required regulatory documentation, including OSHA logs, training records, and reports related to AQMD, CERS, DTSC, and Water QualityAssist with environmental compliance programs, including hazardous materials management, spill prevention, stormwater, and waste programsCollaborate with plant leadership to develop and continuously improve safety procedures and operational controlsMonitor contractor safety performance and enforce site safety requirementsParticipate in emergency response planning and serve on the site Emergency Response TeamTrack safety performance metrics and prepare reports for plant and corporate leadershipPromote employee engagement and participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement effortsPerform other duties as assigned


    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    This position requires work in both office and industrial plant environments, with regular exposure to manufacturing equipment, chemical processes, truck loading operations, and outdoor conditions. The Safety Supervisor is expected to maintain a visible presence in the field and actively support operations.

    General Description Summary

    The Seasonal Production Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production and material handling equipment used in the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of Phos-Chek® fire retardant products. This seasonal position supports peak fire season operations and is critical to meeting increased production demands during high-activity periods. This role supports day-to-day production activities by ensuring equipment reliability, product quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Perimeter Solutions’ Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards. The Production Operator works closely with the Production Supervisor and cross-functional teams to execute production plans, maintain accurate records, identify process or equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality. Due to the seasonal nature of this role, flexibility in scheduling and availability for extended hours is required to support fire season demand.



    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (not in any priority):

    Operate production systems, including salt panel and blending panel operations in accordance with standard operating procedures.Perform batch preparation activities, ensuring correct raw material usage and adherence to formulation specifications.Execute packaging operations, including filling, weighing, labeling, and palletizing products.Support shipping and receiving activities for raw materials and finished goods.Operate production and material handling equipment safely and effectively to meet production targets.Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify wear, malfunctions, or safety concerns.Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs as assigned.Promptly report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or operational abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.Assist maintenance personnel during troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment changeovers as needed.Collect, label, and document representative quality control samples per quality procedures.Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and lot traceability records.Identify, segregate, and maintain physical control of non-conforming raw materials and finished goods.Support compliance with DOT, OSHA, Industrial Hygiene, and other applicable regulatory requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment using 5S and good housekeeping practices.Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents to supervision.Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Recommend process, equipment, or workflow improvements to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

    Scheduling & Availability Requirements:

    Availability to work 4–20 hours of overtime per week during peak fire season, depending on operational demand.Ability to work fluctuating hours based on production needs, including evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.Expected regular schedule is 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; however, flexibility is required, particularly during the summer months, to accommodate early morning or evening shifts as needed.


    Seasonal Nature of Employment:

    This is a seasonal position tied directly to fire season operations. As business demand slows, “decreasing” may occur, meaning a reduction in scheduled hours on slower production days, and/or temporary layoffs as fire season winds down. Employment will ultimately conclude when fire season ends and operational needs cease

    General Description Summary

    The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role supports the production of Phos-Chek® Long-Term Fire Retardants and Foams at the Rancho Cucamonga facility. As part of an emergency–response–driven business, the Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, consistency, and product integrity during periods of high demand, including during fire season. The technician ensures all products meet established specifications prior to release and shipment, applying strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and strictly adhering to safety and quality standards in accordance with Perimeter Solutions’ EH&S policies.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):

    Maintain a safe working environment (and ensure personal safe working practices).Compliance with all employee job safety requirements and regulations required by company policies.Ensure all production and quality documents are completed accurately, up-to-date, and document-controlled.Perform routine and non-routine quality testing on batch-manufactured fire-retardant products.Verify finished goods meet established specifications.Ensure all testing is conducted according to approved procedures, test methods, and safety requirementsImmediately notify production and quality leadership of quality issues or deviations.Collect, label, store, and maintain retain samples for each production batch in accordance with company requirements.Ensure retain samples are properly logged, stored under appropriate conditions, and disposed of per retention schedules.Identify out-of-specification (OOS) or nonconforming product(s).Place affected batches or raw materials on quality hold and clearly label and document status.Maintain the Hold log.Other duties may apply as required.


    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    Fast-paced manufacturing environment.Work in a production area with fast-moving equipment, moderate to high noise levels, and temperature changes.Perform repetitive lifting, bending, grasping, reaching, pulling, climbing, and working at the computer.Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.This position will be working in a manufacturing site atmosphere and must be able to stand for long, extended periods when needed.Extended work periods are to be expected during period-end closing & fire season

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Senior Procurement Manager works collaboratively with all nodes of Supply Chain (Customer, manufacturing, Transportation and Warehousing and Finance) to develop best services and most cost-effective services across raw materials, services, lands and all purchases in retardant business. This role works very closely with Supply Chain senior manager to development and executes short- and long-term procurement plans and objectives. This role is responsible for the planning, inventory management and purchasing of raw materials and components critical for successful operations in North America. This individual will play critical role in Co-leading Integrated Business planning monthly meeting. The ownership includes all the material planning but is not limited to all productivity requirements for the retardant business.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Co leadership of business Integration planning meeting including SIOP deliverables

    Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with target spending and savings

    Responsible for the timely placement and execution of purchase orders to meet delivery requirements and deadlines for materials.

    Lead sourcing initiative to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities

    Manage procurement activities for all spending categories and all materials including set appropriate stock levels, order on time, production material build plans.

    Develops, tracks, and performs analytics on key functional performance metrics. Identifies and communicates issues and opportunities for improvement during BIP review.

    Identifies, communicates, and drives resolution of all procurement activities, including but notlimited to raw material delivery, quality or other issues impacting ability to meet operational and business plans.

    Works effectively cross-functionally to identify, communicate and resolve issues and implement improvements.

    Has ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization to build understanding and consensus regarding risks, opportunities, and action plans.

    Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers. Lead negotiation for contracts, price agreements and service level agreements.

    Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability and service performance while cost effectiveness (target OTIF 100%)

    Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews

    Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and risk standards including but not limited to SOX controls.

    Champion and create procurement system optimization and digital procurement tools.

    Strong collaboration with finance, operation, legal, and supply chain departments to support business needs.

    Requirements:

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.

    8-12+ years’ experience in a procurement role with specific experience in supply planning, materials management and purchasing.

    Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and contract management

    Experience with ERP/MRP systems required. Use of NetSuite is a plus.

    Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    MBA or advanced business degree

    Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS or CSCP

    Experience managing large procurement budgets and complex supplier networks
