As a cleaning technician you will be responsible for the following:
Travel to assigned cleaning accounts on time and prepared. Clean each site according to account cleaning schedule including but not limited to: Clean floors, windows, etc. Empty trash and recyclables Dust surfaces Restock supplies and equipment Work independently on site unless another Clean MD employee is assigned. Obtain and maintain account keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to clean each site. Communicate with technicians and administrative staff. Represent Clean MD positively in various settings inside and outside the organization. Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Valid driver's license Reliable means of transportation Organizational skills and time management skills Recognition of importance of confidentiality regarding company and client information Must be willing to learn Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required.
