Job/Practice Description:
Join a cohesive team of Pediatric Intensivists supporting a 10-bed PICU in a dedicated children s hospitalFlexible scheduling: approximately 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, designed collaboratively with the physician teamResponsibilities include PICU consults, admissions, procedures, and management of critically ill pediatric patientsStrong subspecialty support, including: (Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Pediatric Endocrinology)Participation in academic and teaching activities through the affiliated medical schoolSupportive leadership and a hospital culture focused on continuous improvement and excellence in patient careOver 4,000 pediatric admissions annuallyDedicated pediatric emergency department and Level III NICUState-of-the-art facilities designed specifically for children and familiesMember of the Children s Hospital AssociationOffers child life services, advanced pediatric imaging, and a family-centered care environmentHospital-employed position
Requirements:
