The clinical practice includes L&D, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the OR TEE equipment is available to our anesthesiologists for perioperative and critical care patients About 11,000 anesthesia encounters generated per year In-house call is 4-5 times per month Work with high acuity adult and pediatric patients while supervising and teaching emergency medicine and surgery residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetist, and medical students. This teaching exposure creates opportunity for our physicians to apply to our university affiliations for academic appointment.Requirements:

What Youll DoDeliver expert, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature infants in a state-of-the-art, 50-bed Level III NICU.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Scope of PracticeThe department offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including but not limited to:
Head and neck oncology and reconstruction
Thyroid and parathyroid disorders
Tonsil and adenoid surgery
Nasal and sinus surgery (including deviated septum and sinus disease)
Facial plastics, trauma, and lesion removal
Ear disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, and audiology
Swallowing disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea surgical management
Facilities & SupportSurgical Access:10 operating rooms with pre- and post-op suites
Integrated Setup:Hospital, ASC, and outpatient clinic on a single campus for efficiency
Diagnostics:PET, 64-slice CT, breast MRI, high-definition endoscopy, and bronchoscopy
Tumor Boards:Bi-weekly multidisciplinary meetings (ENT, breast, GI, pulmonary/critical care)
Academic Environment:Hosts residents and fellows from accredited training programs
