Facility is looking for a locum to cover one week on, one week off (5 days a week).

Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours
OT applies after 40 hours per week
Opportunity for weekend call, call is negotiable depending on CRNA preference.
There is no supervision for this position.
Active CA license is required.
Rate: $260/HR
