Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned. Prioritizes all PM's, corrective and emergent work orders for the site (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily). Update work order status in real time, utilizing CMMS system. Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner.
