    Role Overview

    This opportunity is ideal for residential carpenters who take pride in their craft and enjoy contributing to high-caliber, custom home projects. Silver Maple is hiring for both Lead Carpenters and Carpenters to join crews that value trust, collaboration, and staying together across projects. Candidates should be well-rounded builders with at least five years of experience in framing, siding, window installation, and finish carpentry.

    While most work is local, candidates open to traveling 1-2 hours for select projects will be valued. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional flexibility.


    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for residential projects

    • Lead a crew of 3-4 carpenters, ensuring quality craftsmanship and workflow

    • Communicate with project managers to track progress, timelines, and materials

    • Participate hands-on in framing, siding, window installs, and finish work

    • Maintain clean, safe job sites and resolve day-to-day field challenges

    • Foster teamwork and skill development among crew members


    Carpenter Responsibilities:

    • Execute tasks across framing, siding, window installation, and interior finishes

    • Read plans and follow direction from Lead Carpenter

    • Safely operate hand and power tools

    • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy

    • Maintain site cleanliness and safety at all times

    Qualifications

    Role Overview

    Silver Maple Construction is actively seeking Apprentice, Journeyman and Master Plumbers who bring deep residential plumbing expertise and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on job sites ranging up to two hours away, flexible to work rotating on-call shifts, and confident tackling complex residential plumbing systems.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for residential builds and renovations

    • Perform new installations, replacements, and maintenance of piping systems, fixtures, valves, and mechanical components

    • Adhere to all plumbing codes and workplace safety standards

    • Travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius, with mileage reimbursement provided

    • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent service needs

    • Troubleshoot systems and implement efficient, long-term plumbing solutions
