  Framing Crew Lead (1 position)Skilled Framers (3 positions)Non-Skilled Laborer (1 position)
  Responsibilities
  
  Crew Lead
  Supervise and coordinate daily work for the framing crewRead and interpret construction plansEnsure safety and quality standards are metCommunicate with project managers and report progressSkilled Framers
  Perform framing tasks (wood and/or metal stud)Follow blueprints and instructions from the Crew LeadUse hand and power tools safelyMaintain jobsite safety and cleanlinessNon-Skilled Laborer
  Assist framers with material handling and site preparationKeep work areas clean and organizedSupport crew with general labor as needed
  Requirements
  
  For Crew Lead & Skilled Framers:
  Framing experience (Crew Lead: 2+ years, Skilled Framer: 1+ year)Ability to read construction plans (Crew Lead required, Skilled Framer preferred)Reliable transportation to job sitesStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyFor Non-Skilled Laborer:
  No experience required; willingness to learn and work hardMust have reliable transportationGeneral for All Positions:
  Ability to work outdoors in various weatherDependability and ability to work as part of a team
  Pay Range
  
  Crew Lead: $24$27.50/hr (based on experience)Skilled Framers: $19$23/hr (based on experience)Non-Skilled Laborer: $16.50$18/hrFinal pay determinations will be based on experience

  Supervise and run multiple framing crews across several projects at the same timeRead and interpret construction plans and blueprints accuratelyEnsure all framing work meets safety standards and company quality requirementsVerify that all framing materials (ordered by SeaState) are delivered correctly; address discrepancies when they ariseEnforce adherence to all jobsite safety requirements and protocolsEnsure all crew members are wearing required PPE and using harnesses when necessaryEnsure that all projects are completed per the schedule providedCommunicate effectively with project managers, crews, and other stakeholdersTrain and mentor crew members as needed
  Requirements
  
  3+ years of framing experience, including at least 1 year in a foreman/supervisory roleProven ability to read and interpret construction plansStrong knowledge of wood and metal stud framing techniquesMust have reliable personal transportation to job sitesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple crews/projects simultaneouslyCommitment to upholding and enforcing all safety requirements
  Preferred
  
  Experience with both residential and commercial framingOSHA 10 or 30 certificationBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
