General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel or resort management, with a track record of excellence in guest serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for engaging with clientsCreative thinker with the ability to solve problems and think outside the boxExperience in mentoring and developing a diverse teamFinancial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational costs
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfactionCultivate relationships with guests, actively seeking feedback and resolving issues to enhance their experienceDevelop and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiencyCollaborate with ownership and department heads to set and achieve short-term and long-term goalsManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the resort operates within its financial plans
