    We are looking for a hands-on Catering Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of a high-volume catering operation handling everything from corporate box lunches and office catering to large-scale events, private parties, and full-service functions. This role is responsible for the operational side of catering including logistics, staffing, client communication, scheduling, setup, execution, and overall event success. This is not a sales-focused position, and the footprint is across the DMV market.


    Catering Manager Compensation


    • $65,000–$85,000 base salary depending on experience

    • Health, dental, and vision benefits

    Catering Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities


    • Oversee all catering operations from booking handoff through event completion

    • Coordinate high-volume catering orders including box lunches, corporate catering, private events, banquets, and offsite functions

    • Manage staffing, timelines, rentals, transportation, setup, and execution logistics

    • Serve as the primary operational contact for catering clients leading up to and during events

    • Work directly with culinary and operations teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely execution

    • Oversee event setup, service, breakdown, and problem resolution in real time

    • Maintain banquet event orders (BEOs), scheduling, invoices, and operational communication across departments

    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds

    • Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and long event shifts as needed

    • Prior catering, banquet, or hospitality management experience required

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and moving parts simultaneously
