Position Overview:
Noble Environmental Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder Fabricator to join our Boyd Rolloff division. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding, particularly with MIG for steel and aluminum. This role is essential to ensuring the reliable construction and repair of roll-off containers and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble metal components to OEM specifications.Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum; TIG welding experience is a plus.Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship and safety.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Why Join Noble Environmental Inc.?We are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.
