    RQ is currently hiring a Concrete Foreman to join our Self-Perform Operations team for active construction projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for supervising and performing concrete and structural carpentry activities associated with commercial construction projects. Duties include layout and installation of formwork and shoring systems, construction of foundations, walls, columns, slabs, stairs, decks, curbs, ramps, roofs, and other structural elements. The position also involves rebar placement, concrete pours, metal framing, drywall installation, and installation of doors, windows, and related building components required to complete the project.

    The Concrete Foreman will oversee daily field activities, coordinate labor and materials, identify equipment and tool requirements, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Additional duties may vary depending on project scope and operational needs. All work must be performed in accordance with company safety standards and in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
