    RQC, LLC is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief / Instrument Operator to join our growing Self-Perform Building Trades team. The position will be based out of Jacksonville, FL in support of projects in the Southeast. This role is responsible for leading and executing construction surveys and stakeout activities for a variety of government projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D (not required), land surveying, and construction stakeout and will be responsible for directing field survey crews.

    Key Responsibilities

    Required Qualifications

    We are looking for Construction Site Safety Officer (SSHO) candidates to join our Southeast US team for military projects located in the Jacksonville, FL and Saint Mary's, GA areas.

    Our Site Safety Officers (SSHO)'s are responsible for planning, preparing, organizing, implementing, and executing all safety administrative and performance requirements for an assigned project in accordance with contract specifications, EM-385, OSHA, RQ internal Safety Management System, and Accident Prevention Plan (APP), while fully integrating with the project team to support the safe production of quality work.     We are seeking a Commercial Drywall and Framing Mechanic (specializing in Carpentry Work, Metal Stud Framing, and Drywall) to join our team at Kings Bay Naval Base, GA.In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in our construction efforts by performing a variety of physical and skilled carpentry tasks. Using a range of hand and power tools, you'll help build and shape quality spaces while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite.
    What You'll Be Doing:Working with stud metal framing systems, drywall, and other materials in commercial constructionWorking with ACT (Acoustical Ceiling Tile)Assisting fellow craft workers on-site as neededCleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, and setting up braces for supportErecting scaffolding, clearing debris, and safely disposing of non-hazardous materialsOperating construction equipment and supporting its upkeep and maintenanceFollowing all safety protocols in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and ValuesThis is a great opportunity to grow with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and the well-being of its crew.
