    Essential Duties and Tasks

    Assist in the planning and implementation of safety and environmental policies and procedures including, but not limited to, written programs, recordkeeping, reports, inspections, monitoring, testing, and training.

    Supports compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations by staying informed about changes, interpreting requirements, and implementing necessary adjustments to programs, processes, and policies.

    Assist with deliver of EHS training programs to employees at all levels, to ensure employees' knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations pertaining to all facilities.

    Conduct and document regular EHS audits and inspections as needed to assure compliance with applicable permits, regulations, and requirements.

    Coordinate visits from internal and external regulatory authorities and assist in filing annual local, state and federal environmental reports potentially including air, waste, water, Tier II, and Form R.

    Assist site safety committee with inspections to assess compliance with policies and regulations, identifying, determining, and implementing, corrective and preventative measures for areas with existing or potential accident and health hazards.

    Manages workers compensation cases and EHS programs, including cost control/reduction and accident prevention/ reduction, safety behavior audit, and risk assessment programs

    Assist with the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

    Supports a culture of continuous improvement in EHS performance by evaluating existing programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and coordinating development of and EHS improvement strategic plan, collaborating with site managers.

    Learns to analyze safety history, manufacturing processes, product machinery, and chemical exposures to determine safety hazards, identify trends, and develop safety strategies to correct and prevent potential accidents or health hazards.

    Qualifications, Education and Experience

    HS/GED required; BS preferred in a related field

    Desire to pursue certifications to include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (ASP/CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)

    1-3 years' experience in a related field

    This position has no leadership duties.

    Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.

    Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

    Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

    Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

    Hours:

    Option 1: Second Shift:

    10 hour Mon-Thurs 3pm - 1am $1/hour shift premium

    Option 2: Overnight Shift:

    Wages range from $20-$23/hour based on experience + $1 or $2/hour shift premium for 1st or overnight shifts

    Warehouse Associate Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within plant, prepares make-ready pallets for Converting, Slitting, Pouch-making, Press, and Laminating operations. Warehouse Associate is also responsible for preparing finished goods for storage and/or transport to customers, and for maintaining the warehouse.

    Requirements:

    High school or equivalent education Warehouse or factory experience preferred Computer skills desired A minimum 1 YEAR of previous experience operating a sit-down forklift required. 3+ years of experience preferred. VALID Driver's license required Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel and external carriers.

    Position Summary:

    The Laminator Operator is responsible for the correct set up and operation of solvent-less laminator.     Primary Duties:

    Set up and operate laminator according to spec sheet. Consistently run high quality products efficiently. Anticipate potential problems through observation and attention to detail. Assist others in resolving issues (people, system, maintenance) Ensure safe and proper assembly of machine. Perform minor maintenance. Perform Quality tests and enter data on form. Train employees when needed. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment.

    Summary of Job Duties

    The primary responsibility of the Extruder Technical Team Leader is to keep the machines running at the highest level of proficiency as possible. This position will be responsible for both assisting the Supervisor in the overall operation of his or her assigned shift, as well as controlling and monitoring the film production of his or her designated lines. The Technical Leader should have a high working understanding of the extruder lines and have the ability to coach employees on its operations and communicate to people the basic functions of the machinery.

    Wage (based on experience)

    Wages starting at $35 - $40/hour +$2/hour shift differential (on B-Shift)

    Hours:

    Monday - Wednesday and every other Sunday 6pm - 6am

    Requirements

    HS Diploma or equivalent 1+ Years of experience training and/or leading a team 5+ Years of experience operating a blown film extruder Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel.

    ProAmpac, located in Claremont, NH, is a 24/7 manufacturing facility that produces rolls of specialty Kraft Paper from 100% recycled material, The rotating swing shift is a uniquely designed schedule where employees work (on average) fifteen, twelve-hour shifts per month, leaving fifteen non-work days of which, seven are consecutive. This equates to one week off per month without skipping a paycheck. No more than four 12-hour shifts are worked consecutively during the cycle. This schedule gives a qualified candidate the potential to earn up to $70,000 annually at the entry level.
