Shifts: Monday to Thursday from 9 to 5 and Friday from 9 to 1
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and physical examinations.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to wound care. Also, prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
Perform wound debridement, dressings, and other advanced wound care procedures.
Utilize evidence-based protocols and guidelines for wound management.
Monitor and document the progress of wound healing, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing as a Nurse Practitioner
State VT license
Experience in Wound care specialty
