    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Toms River. The ideal candidate will work closely under the supervision of our Physical Therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve their functional goals. This role offers consistent afternoon-to-evening hours and an excellent team atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist Physical Therapists in implementing customized treatment plans.Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and use of modalities.Accurately document all treatment activities and patient progress in the EMR system.Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.

    Qualifications:

    Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience using EMR systems preferred.
