Job Summary:
This role provides clinical primary care provided by physicians specifically trained for and skilled in comprehensive first contact and continuing care for persons with any undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern not limited by problem origin (biological, behavioral, or social), organ system, or diagnosis.
This position will work closely with the clinical team and is primarily responsible for managing direct patient care with the implementation of evidence-based medicine and adherence to national and internal practice guidelines and policies. Provides patient advocacy in the health care system to accomplish cost-effective care by coordination of health care services. Promotes effective communication with patients and encourages the role of the patient as a partner in health care.

This is a multi-location specialty clinic focused on non-surgical solutions for knee, joint, back, and neck pain. Our integrated model combines medical care and physical therapy to help patients avoid joint replacement and spine surgery while achieving long-term pain relief and improved function.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients with knee, joint, back, and neck pain using established non-surgical treatment protocols.
Administer hyaluronic acid-based intra-articular knee injections for osteoarthritis.
Collaborate with on-site physical therapy and medical teams across clinic locations.
Manage and support wellness services, including weight loss programs utilizing GLP-1s and IM vitamin/weight loss injectables.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and wellness strategies.
Work independently while following proven, evidence-based protocols.
Schedule Options5 days/week: 3 days at Lady Lake + 2 days at Wildwood
4 days/week (flexible): Monday/Wednesday in Lady Lake, Tuesday/Thursday in Wildwood

RequirementsActive Physician Assistant license in Florida

Comfortable working independently in a specialty outpatient setting
Injection experience preferred (training provided if needed)
