    Job Summary & Responsibilities:

    Education, Licensure, and Experience:

    Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), or Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited institution.

    Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program (for MDs/DOs) or pediatric-focused training (for PNPs/PAs).

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (or respective certification for PNPs/PAs).

    Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.

    Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience required.

    Fluency in Spanish is mandatory (90% of patients are Hispanic).

    Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
