Work Schedule: Monday Friday, approximately 8:00 8:30 AM to 4:30 5:00 PM.
Call Schedule:
Weekday evenings: phone-only, approximately 1 per week.
Weekend on-site rounding: averages 1 per month (with additional pay; option to take more weekends for additional compensation).
Legal holidays: 1 in 6 on-site rounding.
Clinical vs. Administrative Time: Primarily clinical, with a minimum of 10 patients seen daily. Administrative duties vary depending on unit needs and hospital committee involvement.
EDUCATION:
