    CW is seeking a reliable and service‑oriented Food Service Worker & Driver to support daily transportation and dining operations. This role combines safe and timely employee transport with hands‑on food service and cleaning.

    Mess Attendant Duties:

    Set up and restock drink stations, then take them down after service.Wipe down and sanitize tables, and keep dessert displays looking fresh.Mop, vacuum, dust, and keep furniture and fixtures spotless.Clean restrooms, mirrors, windows, and doors to keep everything shining.Take out trash and dispose of waste properly,Always follow safety rules and wear protective gear when needed.

    Driver Duties:

    Safely transport employees between pick-up spots and the worksite.Perform daily vehicle checks and keep the shuttle clean and presentable.Follow all safety rules and adjust routes when needed for smooth travel.Pitch in with other tasks when not driving.Keep accurate logs of routes, mileage, and passengers.

    Day in the Life of a Mess Attendant & Driver:

    Inspect the shuttle for safety and cleanliness.Pick up employees from assigned locations.Transport passengers safely and on time.Check in with your supervisor after arriving at the worksite.Set up and restock drink stations.Wipe tables and refresh dessert displays.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed.Clean and disinfect restrooms and high‑touch areas.Remove trash and follow all safety and sanitation rules.Complete a post‑trip inspection of the shuttle.Transport employees back to their drop‑off points.Record mileage, routes, and passenger counts.Clean the shuttle and prepare it for the next shift.

    CW is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Assistant Project Manager /Operational Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you'll support the Project Manager with daily operations, help supervise and guide the overnight team, and lead by example by actively participating in stocking duties such as unloading pallets, restocking shelves, rotating products, facing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

    Assistant with overseeing the night‑shift staff, ensuring shelves are stocked, leveled, and ready for morning business. Maintain open communication with managers and help resolve operational challenges. Assist with receiving deliveries, verifying merchandise accuracy, and maintaining proper logs.     A Day in the Life an Assistant Project Manager:

    Review shift goals, employee assignments, and any carryover tasks with the Project Manager.Lead a quick team huddle to set priorities and reinforce safety.Oversee stockers and team performance, offering coaching, support, and training as needed.Handle questions, resolve minor issues, and maintain workflow.Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing pallets, and stocking shelves using FIFO standards.Keep shelves and back stock organized, replenished, labeled, and merchandised correctly.Manage break coverage to maintain productivity.Perform quality checks, identify issues like damaged items or inventory gaps, and report concerns.Prepare shift notes for the next supervisor and communicate any unresolved items.Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness and task completion.

    What You'll Need to Be Successful:

    Are you someone who loves working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and knows their way around a commercial mower? If so, CW Resources, is looking for a commercial Mower Operator – Landscaping Crewmember to help maintain the grounds of Arnold AFB.

    Operate a variety of commercial lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, as well as trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers.Keep grounds looking sharp by edging lawns, trimming weeds, pruning shrubs, and clearing debris from walkways, fences, and landscaped areas.Assist with planting flowers, trees, and shrubs, applying mulch, and maintaining landscaped beds.Perform basic irrigation support, such as watering plants and reporting any system issues.Handle seasonal tasks like leaf cleanup, snow/ice removal (if applicable), and storm debris clearing.Load, unload, and transport landscaping tools and materials safely.Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a tidy and functional workspace.Conduct daily inspections of all equipment after and after use to ensure safety and performance.Follow schedule and instructions to complete assigned tasks across different base zones.Work as part of a team on larger landscaping projects, including sod installation, erosion control, and other base beautification efforts.Always follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly to protect yourself and your team.

    What You Need to be Successful:

    Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience with landscaping tasks including trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general grounds maintenance.Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience operating commercial mowing equipment such as zero‑turn mowers, walk‑behind mowers, and push mowers.Valid Real ID.Ability to obtain and sustain federal base access.

    Bonus If You Have These Skills:
