    Your challenges:

    Primary Responsibilities
    Prepare mechanical components at the station/work place/aircraft parking space
    Installation and manufacture: mark, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque and secure mechanical components and parts
    Inspect bonding as per order/GTI, drawing and specifications
    Check system functions
    Specialized in the one Area mentioned below:
    VTP and HTP installation, Hydraulic lines installation
    Installation in the Area of the Belly fairing and Flap installation
    Installation concerning Air conditioning and Fuel system
    MLG & Tank Test
    Gauging Test
    Knowledge of System/Mechanical tasks
    Good knowledge and experience in LEAN practices
    High degree of flexibility
    Ability to work under high pressure


    Your boarding pass:

    Required:
    2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent.
    2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent required.
    5+ years hands-on experience in Aviation Production.

    Airbus is looking for an Aircraft Receiving Quality Inspector to join our A220 team inMobile, AL.

    Incoming Inspection : 50%
    Execute technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation
    Document the technical inspections performed in SAP and relevant SAL-based IT systems. Support all other relevant aircraft documentation production and verification.
    Support troubleshooting and participate in Quality Survey requests.
    Verify documentation for parts delivered to vendor and process corresponding inspection in SAP.


    Non-conformance Management : 30%
    Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the SAP-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.
    Manage all parts removed from aircraft based on non conformance declaration.
    Process repair parts returning to vendor


    Aircraft Documentation Production : 10%
    Certification of airworthiness parts
    Certify and process AOG parts


    Additional Responsibilities: 10%
    Contribution to Quality Department initiatives
    TFIX tool inspection
    Coordination between Daher Storekeepers, Logistics, multiple Quality departments, Inventory management team and others.
    Execute Quality operations pertaining to scrapping of noncompliant material .

    High school diploma or GEDFAA Airframe & Powerplant license is preferred but not required.

    Experience:
    3 years manufacturing, quality control or logistical experience within aviation.Experience with SAP and relevant SAL based IT systems

    Responsible for Working Party planning when necessary to solve major issues on aircraft.
    Record information in "Aircraft Progress" and define daily priorities with the Station Managers.

    Execute technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation
    Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements.
    Document the technical inspections performed in the multiple production orders SAP-based and the relevant SAL-based IT systems by inspection marks and complete other aircraft documents as well as prepare first article inspection reports.
    Support troubleshooting, Functional Test Procedures(FTPs) and participate in Quality Survey requests.
    Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.
    Document all the results of the technical inspector in the FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP based IT system.
    Attain skills to perform audits of Non-Conformance Rework Orders as part of the Material Review Board (MRB).
    Perform audits/reviews of workbooks to validate PV approval and process adherence.
