    The Role:




    Reporting directly to the Vice President of Development and Construction, the Construction and Facilities Coordinator will be the main contact for the department and will be responsible for all administrative support.
    Requirements:
    Provide administrative support to Development and Construction department and VP
    Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed
    Prepare CapEx budget and construction scheduling reports
    Handle correspondence with Townships and be able to complete necessary paperwork
    Collect, process, and pay all maintenance and construction invoices from vendors
    Prepare AIA pay applications for bank draw administration
    Assist with property improvement projects and scheduling
    Assist with scheduling maintenance work for operations department
    Process expense reports for Development and Construction department and VP
    Collect all Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W9s from vendors and make sure all COIs are current
    Proactively identify and work to resolve site issues
    Receives all mail for Development and Construction department
    Help maintain a friendly work environment and maintain vendor relationships
    Experience:
    Associates degree in facilities management, real estate, business, or another related field preferred
    2+ years' experience with facilities or property administration
    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
