Responsibilities:
Assist a journeyman electrician and follow instructionsPrepare and clean work areasCarry and deliver materialsInstall, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipmentUse measuring equipment and hand tools to perform conduit workFollow safety codes and building regulationsSkills:
Must be capable of operating with a minimum of supervision, have strong problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well with people. Must be safety minded.Physical requirements:

commercial projects throughout the Avon, CO area.
If you have 5+ years of commercial construction experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and supervise job site activities including equipment, materials, temporary power, and
documentation
• Run and manage assigned job sites independently
• Read and interpret construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Coordinate with GC superintendents and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project engineers and municipalities
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Oversee project layout and execution
• Communicate job progress, manpower, and scheduling
• Enforce safety programs and documentation
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
• Diagnose and repair wiring issues
• Install electrical systems per code requirements
• Wire control centers, transformers, switches, and related systems
• Perform quality control checks
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Perform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to safety

Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
• Per Diem: $80/day
• Hours: 40–50 per week
• Schedule: 8–10 hour day shifts
