Flexible Shift Options:- 2nd shift: 3pm – 11:00pm (Monday–Friday)
3rd shift: 11pm – 7:00am (Sunday–Thursday)Competitive Pay: $23-$25/hr. based on experience

Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure they meet specs
Set up workpieces using sine bars, chucks, and fixtures
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow quality procedures (ISO 13485, FDA, OSHA standards)
Lift up to 35+ lbs occasionally and stand for 6+ hours per shift
Work overtime as needed to meet delivery goals
Previous Mill CNC operation experience
Must have 5-axis machining experience
Strong background in mill machining
Skilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, sine bars)
Solid math skills: geometry/trig knowledge preferred
Understanding of steel alloys and machining properties

ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.Pick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
