Position Overview The Project manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule and budget for projects. Additionally, Project Managers manage the quality and coordination between all internal and external project stakeholders and ensures a positive client experience.     A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Biological and Agricultural Engineering or a related fieldNorth Carolina PE required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)5+ years of experience related to hydraulics engineering, water resource engineering, and erosion and sediment control design, preferably on NCDOT projectsKnowledge of MicroStation/Geopak/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D production workflowsTechnical proficiency in preparing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and reports, scour investigations, erosion and sediment control plans and reports, drainage and stormwater management designHEC-RAS experience preferredInterest in multimodal transportation issues and designConsistent focus on clarity, accuracy, and completeness of work productStrong critical thinking abilitiesExcellent task and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsEnjoys working within a high performing teamActive participation in relevant professional organizations a plusKnowledge of AASHTO, NCDOT and NC municipal guidelines, standards and proceduresValid driver's license
