    Key Responsibilities:

    Making sure that all construction activities are performed in a timely and cost-efficient basis to effectively meet all scheduled due dates and job estimates regarding materials and labor. Coordinate all job-related activities to maintain a safe and productive environment for all on-site personnel. Maintain tight controls on all labor and material needs to ensure operational efficiencies and overall budgetary controls. Willingness and ability to travel and visit project wherever the project is located at least once every week. Coordinate project turn over meeting with estimating, PM/Estimator and checklist signoff. Produce a comprehensive project schedule including revisions. Provide weekly status reports; and be prepared to discuss if on schedule or behind. If behind schedule, have a plan to mitigate. Complete a project execution plan prior to starting the project. Update monthly or as necessary. Process submittals to meet DB standards / Owner contract requirements including sign off by DB PM and approved by Architect, Engineer or Owner prior to procurement or performance of the work. Complete project flash reports prior to Monday status meetings. Ensure Site Managers provide daily reports for the VP of Operations and others as directed. Prior to the start of construction for each job, review and ensure that files for all appropriate information, tools, equipment, materials, etc. are available and maintained. Responsible for the highest level of quality of construction at all times. Ensure all projects are performed in a quality manner as per the drawings, specifications, addendums and scope of work. Update project financials monthly. Conduct periodic performance reviews of team members reporting directly to them. Other duties that may be assigned by the VP of Operations.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.     POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES


    The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in winning new business, management of projects and development of staff in our Cincinnati, OH office.     Oversee projects in the department to assure that KFI quality, customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met. Actively manages assigned projects, driving them to completion. Allocates department resources to assure effective utilization and development of staff. Ensures that new opportunities are properly defined, scoped and priced.     POSITION


    The role of the Program Manager, Financial Stability, is to provide leadership for UWBG in all aspects of its income management and financial education agenda. The manager leads all relevant financial education programming, including staff coordination and volunteer recruitment, service delivery, data collection, program evaluation, and grant compliance. The position is responsible for the overall growth, marketing, and performance of the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program, and it includes recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and tax site preparation, including operations, oversight of volunteer preparers, and quality control.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


    Program Management: VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program)

    Manage staff of coordinators who will recruit and retain adequate volunteer staff to administer the Federal Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.Meet or exceed established goals set by the granting agency. Lead tax preparation training course & orientation for all volunteers Work with the staff of coordinators to establish partnerships with organizations that will allow volunteer tax preparation at their site. Work in collaboration with the VITA tax partners to administer, maintain, and expand VITA tax sites.Work with marketing, 211, and WayPoint Directors to promote free VITA tax preparation and recruit volunteers.Act as liaison between the VITA tax sites and the IRSManage other grant-funded financial education programs as needed.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc. This position will be primarily based out of the Marksbury/Palmer Waypoint Center. This position requires regular travel between VITA sites throughout the communities we serve.


    EXPECTED WORK HOURS

    Tax season is defined as January through April. During this period, the expected work hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. From May through December, the standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturday work is required throughout the year. Flextime hours must be pre-approved by your manager. Employees must be willing to work a non-standard schedule, including nights, weekends, and other unusual hours, particularly during tax season.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    The employee must regularly communicate clearly, in oral and written formats, with others in person, over the phone, and via other devices. The employee must be able to transcribe, read extensively, prepare, and analyze data and figures, and operate a computer and other standard office machinery. The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

    Overview

    Manages multiple projects through the Space Tango lifecycle processReports to Director of Project Management


    Key Responsibilities include the management of the following:

    Project/mission definition (planning/strategy, risk assessment, staffing, and schedules) through entire project life cycle Leads multidisciplinary project teams of scientists and engineers Primary Space Tango interface to payload partner Readiness of flight equipment/hardware development (proposals, and requirements/design specifications) Development of products for major life cycle deliverables/ reviews

    Science verification testing and payload verification testing, and any tests related to payload science readiness Tracks and reports on payload manifest readiness Production and/or review of integrated flight and science documents (procedures, safety, configuration, and flight requirements) Coordinate flight payload integration and implementation Science team coordination (staffing, resources, deliverable packages, schedule, budget, tasks) Develop presentations for partner, sponsor and internal Space Tango management-level reviews Direct project interface with partners, sponsors, and respective flight interface organizations, including NASA JSC, NASA KSC, NASA MSFC, and CASIS Provide monthly TO status reporting to CEO and CASIS/NASACoordinates internal and external communication


    Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

    7+ Years of experience in working NASA/ISS payload/project managementExperience in ISS operations, integration, safety and requirementsBS in a technical field, higher degree a plusExperience working with multi-disciplinary teamsExcellent organizational and customer management skillsComfortable with peer-to-peer communication in R&D industryProficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, project management software and databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask
