As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our architectural staff as well as mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural colleagues on a variety of project types. Primary tasks will include project management skills from proposal to design to construction administration services. As a PM you will lead as the team's client contact, develop project budgets, schedules, oversee design, and overall project coordination.

Qualifications:
Twelve (12) or more years of professional experience in a full-time setting managing architectural projects in a consulting environment.Professional Degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited programArchitecture licensure in Kentucky or must be able to become registered through reciprocity.LEED accredited professional is a plusMarketing and business development experience is a plusExperience with higher-ed, corrections, and health care facilities projects is considered a plusAdvanced knowledge of architectural programming, design, code review, estimating, construction document preparation, and construction administration.Experience leading a multi-discipline design team through all phases of a project.Ability to plan project resources, maintain schedules, and stay within budget.Experience guiding and mentoring architectural staff.Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with team members and other disciplines.High level or organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit.Professional Growth Goals:

GRW is seeking the following qualifications:
Bachelors or Master of Science in Civil Engineering.Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain.Project management experience working with a team of engineers and designers to complete successful projects on time and within budget. 8-15 years site development design experience in a consulting environment including site design, cost estimating, hydrology, grading, and utility design.Must have a thorough understanding of land development. (including site grading, sanitary and storm sewer servicing, water servicing, shallow utility coordination, road, and parking design).A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset including Storm Sewers and Hydroflow for hydrology design.Must be a self-motivated individual possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.Must exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.Must be able to coordinate engineering requirements with other disciplines.Must work well in a team environment and have a collaborative approach.Lead and be responsible for the preparation of Site Development Engineering drawings. This may include technical review and professional stamping of engineering design drawings. It also includes the preparation of construction specifications and tender documents. Guide projects through to completion including preliminary/conceptual design, detailed design, scheduling, tendering and construction.Coordinate designs with stormwater management engineers and incorporate stormwater designs into land development drawings.Liaise with clients (internal and external), agencies and others to obtain and determine project requirements, permits, and approvals.Ensure that client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.Ensure projects meet applicable specifications and standards as per the governing municipality.Coordinate work of junior land development staff and review their deliverables.Be the main client contact on the project(s).Be responsible for each project schedule, budget, and reporting.GRW looks for individuals eager to develop their technical skills and work on teams with other dedicated employees to complete the projects our clients need.
