    We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our new business unit expansion strategy. This individual will be responsible for building the blueprint for growth, from developing the business plan to launching new service locations, implementing a centralized dispatch center, hiring and onboarding teams, and operationalizing local sales and service delivery. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Execution

    Lead the development and documentation of a comprehensive business plan for expanding into new markets. Collaborate with executive leadership to define timelines, financial projections, and operational models for expansion. Build go-to-market strategies for launching new service locations, dispatch services, and sales enablement. Drive execution through structured project plans, performance tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies

    Market Expansion & Service Location Launches

    Coordinate all activities required to open new service locations, including site selection support, equipment planning, and local licensing or compliance needs. Develop scalable frameworks and timelines for each service location launch.

    Hiring, Onboarding & Training

    Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and local leadership to define staffing models and oversee recruiting timelines. Design and implement onboarding, training, and performance ramp-up plans for new hires across operations, dispatch, and sales.

    Dispatch Center Development

    Oversee the build-out of a centralized dispatch function, including systems implementation, workflow design, and team onboarding. Establish KPIs, SLAs, and training standards for dispatchers and service coordination.

    Sales & Service Implementation

    Partner with Sales to align local sales efforts with service capabilities. Build processes to ensure smooth handoffs between sales, dispatch, and field operations.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and Ops leadership to align resources, manage risk, and maintain accountability across initiatives. Regularly update executive team on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience in project management, operations, business development, or strategy, preferably in building services, field service, or construction-related industries. Proven track record of leading multi-functional projects or business expansions from concept to execution. Experience building systems and processes from the ground up, ideally in fast-growth or startup-like environments. Strong understanding of field service operations, dispatch/logistics, and customer delivery models. Comfortable operating autonomously with a builder mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills. PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification a plus. Proficiency in monday.com a plus.

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Foreman to lead field crews on HVAC and plumbing projects.     We are looking for a Pipefitter to join our HVAC team!

    The Journeyman Pipefitter is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC piping systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires someone who is technically skilled, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In New Jersey, this position works under the supervision of a licensed Master HVACR Contractor or Mechanical Supervisor, in compliance with state and local mechanical codes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Install, repair, and maintain HVAC piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, refrigerant, and gas piping.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to determine layout and materials.Measure, cut, thread, solder, braze, and weld pipe and tubing using appropriate tools and techniques.Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system diagnostics to ensure proper operation.Collaborate with HVAC technicians, project managers, and general contractors on job sites.Maintain accurate records of work performed, time spent, and materials used.Ensure all work meets or exceeds New Jersey HVAC and mechanical code requirements.Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.Provide professional, courteous service to clients and team members.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in HVAC or mechanical pipefitting.Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.Must be eligible to work under the supervision of a licensed NJ HVACR Contractor or Master Pipefitter.High school diploma or GED required.Valid New Jersey driver's license with clean driving record.Familiarity with NJ mechanical and HVAC codes and inspection requirements.Strong understanding of commercial HVAC piping systems and hydronic system components.Strong preference for candidates pursuing or planning to pursue HVACR licensure in New Jersey.Strong communication skills and active engagement on job sites.Good with paperwork and documentation.Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious.High level of professionalism in customer and team interactions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).Welding certifications (e.g., ASME, AWS).OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.Experience with commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.Experience using job tracking or construction software.

As a growing name in residential HVAC services, we're looking for a full-time estimator and salesperson who can represent our brand with integrity while helping homeowners make smart, informed decisions.

    Position Summary

    The Residential HVAC Estimator / Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the system selection and sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust through clear, consultative communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home evaluations to assess heating and cooling system needs.Generate and present professional, accurate estimates for replacements, upgrades, or new installs.Explain equipment options, energy efficiency benefits, and available rebates or financing options.Build rapport with customers to support long-term relationships and repeat business.Follow up on leads and referrals; maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking system.Coordinate closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.Represent Supreme HVAC with professionalism, reliability, and expert knowledge.

    Requirements

    3+ years of residential HVAC experience—sales, estimating, or field installation.Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and system design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.Technologically capable (mobile devices, estimating tools, etc.).

    Preferred

    Experience with Manual J load calculations or HVAC design software.Familiarity with local code requirements.

    Compensation

    Competitive hourly pay plus commission on closed sales.

    Job Summary

    We are hiring Duct Installers to join our field team in New Jersey. This role involves working at customer job sites to install sheet metal ductwork and other HVAC components. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

    Responsibilities

    Install ductwork and HVAC components according to specifications and drawings
    • Ensure proper fit and alignment using appropriate tools
    • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
    • Follow company and job site safety procedures at all times
    • Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
    • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
    • Communicate clearly with supervisors and other trades on site
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    At least one year of duct installation or general HVAC experience preferred
    • Familiarity with duct materials and standard hand tools
    • Ability to read and follow blueprints is a plus
    • Reliable transportation to job sites across New Jersey
    • Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
    • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
    • OSHA 10 certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it

    The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, material handling, and logistics coordination to support field operations.     The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
