Position Overview
Four Star Mechanical is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients. This position bridges sales, customer service, and technical support to drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and promote HVAC products, services, or solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Representation
Represent the company professionally in all client, vendor, and industry interactions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating industry knowledge and company values.Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with preventive maintenance clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent and proactive communication.Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.Customer Retention & Satisfaction
Maintain a preventive maintenance contract renewal rate of 90% or higher.Reduce churn by addressing issues early and delivering consistent value through services.Develop and implement a customer satisfaction tool to regularly monitor and improve client experience.Internal Collaboration
Work closely with service managers, estimators, and technicians to deliver on customer expectations.Participate in training and mentorship of junior sales staff or new account managers as needed.Align with project and service teams on scheduling, resource planning, and capacity management.Operational Execution
Ensure all preventive maintenance work sold is executable, profitable, and aligned with available operational resources.Support seamless handoffs between sales and operations teams.Monitor and manage service delivery timelines and quality standards.Develop and consistently optimize contract potential and ongoing management processesRevenue Growth
Meet or exceed annual sales targets for:Preventive maintenance agreementsSmall retrofit projectsSystem replacements or upgradesIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.Qualifications

Performs journeyman plumber duties in the construction, installation, alteration, maintenance, repair, remodeling or removal and replacement of plumbing; and performs other duties as required.
Install plumbing systems and all other related components correctly and in a timely manner, while also helping facilitate customer satisfaction and workplace safety. All Plumbers are expected to work under close supervision within a team-oriented environment and with a minimal amount of creative design, depending on work experience and proven competencies.
License/Certification:
Must be licensed as a journeyman plumber by the State of Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification.
Key Responsibilities:

This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler piping and related equipment, including layout and welding of piping systems for steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping.
