This role is responsible for project planning, financial management, procurement, customer relationships, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description
Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating work performed by our subcontractors on site to ensure that construction schedules are met and that our customers receive the quality and workmanship we demand in our finished projects. Must be familiar with HVAC systems of all types. Must be capable of maintaining excellent client relationships while maintaining project profitability.

Feldkamp Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler piping and related equipment, including layout and welding of piping systems for steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping. The role also includes potential boiler repair work, contributing to a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities:
Perform pipefitting tasks according to specifications and safety guidelines.Cut, shape, and fit pipes to appropriate measurements.Assemble and install pipes, valves, and fixtures.Inspect and test installed systems for functionality and quality.Identify and troubleshoot issues with piping systems.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.Inspect the workplace, clear obstructions, and prepare materials and equipment.Maintain knowledge of hazard prevention and safety best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Experience as a /pipefitter in the HVAC industry Knowledge of pipefitting principles and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.Able to lift 50 pounds; frequently lift and carry 25 pounds; work on ladders, staging or other related equipment; and work in confined spaces.Must use proper LO/TO procedures and wear PPE at all times.OHSA 10 CertAbility to Relocate:

About This Role We're hiring an experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.
What You'll Do
Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.1+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.Preferred Qualifications
