  The Opportunity

  We are looking for a BIM Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from early planning through execution. This is a strategic role requiring hands-on experience with BIM in construction workflows, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. You will be instrumental in shaping successful outcomes for both preconstruction and active construction projects.

  
  

  
  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  Developcomprehensiveprojectproposals,includingscope,schedule,andfeestructures.Managebudgets,projecttimelines,anddeliverableswithaccountability.Leadcross-disciplinarycoordinationacrossdesignandconstructionphases.Overseeinternalteamperformanceandsubcontractordeliverables.Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclientcommunicationandupdates.Proactivelymonitorprojectprogress,identifyingandresolvingrisksordelays.EnsureBIM-relatedworkflowsalignwithconstructionexecutionstrategies.Maintainaccuratedocumentationandcontributetointernalprocessimprovements.

  
  

  
  

  
  

  Qualifications:

  
  

  Required:
  

  BachelorsdegreeinArchitecture,Engineering,ConstructionManagement,orarelatedfield.Minimum5yearsofprojectmanagementexperienceintheAECOindustry.ProvensuccesscoordinatingdesignandconstructionteamsinaBIM/VDCcontext.Demonstratedexperiencewithproposaldevelopmentandbudgetcontrol.ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcel,MSProjectorPrimavera,andprojectmanagementtools.PMPcertification(orabilitytoobtainwithin12monthsofhire).Excellentcommunication,leadership,andorganizationalskills.

  
  

  Preferred:

  Experiencemanagingprojectsinhealthcare,highereducation,industrial,orinstitutionalsectors.Proficiency in BIM/VDC workflows and terminology.ProficiencyinAutodeskRevit,Navisworks,andAutodeskConstructionCloud(ACC).Backgroundinclient-facingrolesandstakeholderengagement.
