    Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, storage facilities, and treatment plantsOversee project teams and coordinate efforts between engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project executionMonitor project timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and company standardsReview technical designs and documentation prepared by engineering teams to ensure quality, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and regulationsLead feasibility studies and infrastructure planning efforts to assess future needs based on population growth and development trendsEvaluate and select appropriate treatment technologies and design approaches in collaboration with technical expertsDevelop and manage contracts, procurement processes, and administration activitiesCommunicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and align on expectations throughout the project lifecycleEnsure all work adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, and coordinate necessary permitting and approvalsPrepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, risk assessments, and other project documentationConduct cost-benefit and life-cycle analyses to support infrastructure investment decisions and funding strategiesCollaborate with business development teams on proposals, project scoping, RFP responses, and client presentations

    Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBS or MS in Civil EngineeringRegistration as a licensed Professional EngineerExperience designing water treatment plants, in part or in whole, a plus10-20 years of experience in public infrastructure projects related to Water Resources fieldProject and / or Client Management experience is requiredAbility to guide junior staff as well as participate in the design and detailing of all aspects of small- to large-scale multi-discipline water/wastewater projects of varying technical complexityProficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, as well as time management skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines and other assigned project parametersDetail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment

     SCHEDULE: MONDAY - THURSDAY (10-HOUR SHIFTS) OR MONDAY – FRIDAY (8-HOUR SHIFTS) *POTENTIAL FOR OVERTIME

    In this role you will represent the company in the field and will be responsible for making sure that the crew and equipment are ready for the next assignment. You will need to ensure that the work is performed to company standards and that the results are presented in a clear and concise format. *You will be responsible to lead the field effort for various surveying tasks including; construction layout, topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and control survey projects
    Key ResponsibilitiesAssign and monitor work, and provide input for evaluation of field survey crew membersInstruct and train crew members in survey methods, use of equipment, and field safety proceduresGather field survey data through the use of conventional, Global Positioning System (GPS) and Terrestrial LiDAR Scanning methodsSet up, adjust, and operate surveying equipment, including a total station, data collector, GPS equipment and a terrestrial LiDAR scanner.Prepare field notes and drawingsPerform field surveying for roadway, bridges, and flood control projects, including survey construction stake out, locating or establishing vertical and horizontal control for right of ways and boundaries and level runs to establish benchmarks.List Responsibilities
