    The Difference You Make:
    The CIB IT - Application Development, IC4 serves as a senior level developer and/or project manager for multiple application initiatives. Analyzes, designs, develops and maintains software applications to support securities eTrading business. Develops, supports and delivers solutions initially for US Rates (US Treasuries) desk and as time allows for other securities desks. Candidate will work directly with the desk needing minimal management supervision in delivery. Provides advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule. Assists in internal model modeling reporting and with governance of the overall solution. Oversees systems design and implementation of most complex design components. Creates project plans and deliverables and monitors task deadlines. The incumbent oversees, maintains and supports existing software applications and provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.

    Capable in developing and supporting C++ and Java applicationsEstablishes infrastructure standards and requirements.Evaluates, directs and supports Application system enhancements and performs quality assurance functions.Provides highest degree of technical engineering and support to the team.Researches and implements solutions for Application functionality in the areas of performance monitoring and tuning and systems configuration, design and implementation.Contributes to the design and delivery of complex projects to achieve key business objectives.Leads efforts to ensure the workplace environment supports a highly motivated and effective workforce focused on continuous improvement and best practices.

    The Difference You Make:
    The Sr. Analyst supports the day-to-day management of Interest Rate Risk and across all Santander US entities. The incumbent provides senior analysis in support of day-to-day execution of Asset-Liability operations related to the measurement, monitoring and reporting of interest rate risk including analyzing and managing exposure to interest rate changes, measuring Net Interest Income (NII) and Economic Value of Equity (EVE) and conducting stress tests and scenario analyses under various interest rate/macroeconomic environments.

    Perform/assist in NII/MVE analysis for monthly production and ad-hoc requests from senior management.

    Partner with Finance and Business Units to ensure alignment of assumptions and forecasts.

    Partner with Market Risk Management and Global Treasury to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.

    Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and market data.

    Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial and market data.

    Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.

    Contribute to a strong internal control environment by executing and reporting on SOX controls.

    Ensures treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood, followed and are up-to-date.

    Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

    The Difference You Make:
    We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technology & Risk Management team (Second Line of defense) with a focus on Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) validation. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing in-depth validations of technology and cybersecurity risk/control assessments, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The Senior Associate will act as a central coordinator for validation activities, working closely with technology and cyber stakeholders, and control testers, while applying strong analytical and project management (PMO) skills.

    Essential Functions:

    Technology & Cyber RCSA Validation:

    Execute and coordinate independent validation of technology and cybersecurity RCSAs, including IT general controls, infrastructure, application, and cyber-specific controls.Review and challenge control design, test results, and effectiveness assessmentsProvide guidance and oversight to the team performing validations, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to methodology.

    Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement:

    Partner with technology teams, cyber risk/control owners, and first-line functions to coordinate RCSA second line validation activities.Ensure validation findings and control gaps are documented, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner.Support engagement with senior technology and risk stakeholders to escalate material findings.

    Structured Delivery & PMO Support:

    Apply structured project management skills to plan, monitor, and track validation activities.Develop and maintain validation schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.Contribute to playbooks, templates, and methodologies specific to technology and cyber RCSA Second line validation.

    Governance & Reporting:

    The Difference You Make:
    We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technology & Risk Management team (Second Line of defense) with a focus on Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) validation. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing in-depth validations of technology and cybersecurity risk/control assessments, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The Senior Associate will act as a central coordinator for validation activities, working closely with technology and cyber stakeholders, and control testers, while applying strong analytical and project management (PMO) skills.

    Essential Functions:

    Technology & Cyber RCSA Validation:

    Execute and coordinate independent validation of technology and cybersecurity RCSAs, including IT general controls, infrastructure, application, and cyber-specific controls.Review and challenge control design, test results, and effectiveness assessmentsProvide guidance and oversight to the team performing validations, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to methodology.

    Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement:

    Partner with technology teams, cyber risk/control owners, and first-line functions to coordinate RCSA second line validation activities.Ensure validation findings and control gaps are documented, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner.Support engagement with senior technology and risk stakeholders to escalate material findings.

    Structured Delivery & PMO Support:

    Apply structured project management skills to plan, monitor, and track validation activities.Develop and maintain validation schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.Contribute to playbooks, templates, and methodologies specific to technology and cyber RCSA Second line validation.

    Governance & Reporting:

    Support the preparation of reporting, dashboards, and metrics on validation activities.Ensure validation documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Provide insights and updates to risk committees, governance forums, and management.

    Education:

    Technical Skills:

    Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risks, including IT general controls, identity and access management, network security, cloud, and application security.Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, CIS Controls.Understanding of regulatory expectations related to technology and cyber risk (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, PRA, EBA, DORA).

    This program will provide the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor. Youll learn the nature of client service and how we build long-term relationships by putting their needs first, while developing the technical acumen to launch a career in banking.

    What we are looking for

    Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027.

    3+ years ofprior work experience.

    Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.

    Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.

    Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.

    Strong English communication skills both written and spokenrequired, foreign language skills are a plus.

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

    Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.

    Ability to multi-task asrequired.

    Ability to work independently on special projects.

    Ability to effectively contributeina team environment.

    The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
