The Difference You Make: As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will join a team with a strong track record and play a key role in expanding Santander’s energy practice. Support deal execution, including preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis Manage due diligence processes and coordinate across internal teams and client counterparties Actively participate in client meetings and deal discussions Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support origination and client strategy Engage directly with senior bankers and clients, contributing to live transactions and developing strategic insights What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
