Primary Focus:
Direct and manage all on-site construction workers, sub-contractors, and operate heavy equipment at Fueling Facilities, Service Stations and Remediation sites.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Responsible for all jobsite safety including that of subcontractors. Holds Daily “tool box” meetings: jobsite logs and general safety performance.
Develops a work schedule and assigns tasks for workers.
Acts as the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
Performs site-work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedule and recommends improved construction methods.
Communicate with the Project Manager and Operations Manager on any related situations pertaining to the job. Responsible for informing immediate supervisor on a daily basis of his or her progress and to inform of any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
Attend pre-con meetings with the PM for job.
Assures necessary materials, supplies, tools etc. are available on jobsite
Prepares daily work tickets, fully documenting all work performed, materials used, subcontractors on site, and any additional costs, etc.
Maintains job records while on site – ie. Delivery tickets, materials, tank charts checklists, etc.
Verifies hours worked each day for all employees assigned to the job and completes all payroll paperwork for crew utilizing SCM.
Safely drive a company truck, trailer and equipment to and from project sites daily
All work is conducted in accordance with applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
Trains new crew members
Maintains all personal licenses - SST Supervisor license, 30-hour OSHA, NJ P&T, etc.
General go to person on-site.
Delivers budget GP on assigned projects 2025 for a 30% GP.
Manage hours for construction field personnel; control overtime, make certain personnel adhere to the travel policy.
Recommend new vendors and subcontractors to help reduce costs on the job and any upcoming projects.
Suggest any potential change orders outside of the scope of work to PM once discovered.
Notify Fleet and/or Operations on any Fleet or tool related issues so it can be addressed accordingly – provide possible recommendations
Ensures to reduce job safety related issues. By doing this, it will help keep our EMR down, which will help with future work opportunities.
Assist in delivering a GP% of 30%
Our Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge in Pipe and Material, be able to read blueprints and accurately operates machinery – i.e. Backhoe.
Pump and Tank background is a plus, but not required
Basic Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, concrete work and site work.
Must be certified as an SST Supervisor and OSHA (40 hours) – company will support/facilitate.
Valid driver’s license required, CDL is a plus.
Ability to perform quality checks on construction equipment.
Must be willing to travel and stay over
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Deep knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good attendance and punctuality are a must

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Executive Support
Maintain and manage complex calendars for executive leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings, client appointments, travel arrangements, and deadlines.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for executive and client meetings. Take meeting notes and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reports for executives and visiting clients or partners.
Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between executives and internal staff, clients, and external partners—screening calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely response and follow-up.
Manage sensitive information with discretion. Assist with confidential projects involving finance, HR, client negotiations, or vendor relationships as assigned.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and version control of critical business documents, reports, contracts, and correspondence.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email campaigns, case studies, newsletters, website updates, blogs, and social media content.
Support the planning, testing, and execution of new marketing strategies.
Coordinate all brand-related initiatives, including promotional items, print brochures, presentations, advertising, and photography.
Regularly update and maintain customer records in the CRM/database system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Research prospective and existing clients to assist the sales team, prepare materials for internal and client-facing meetings, and help track sales performance.
Assist with coordinating and participating in tradeshows, industry events, and client engagement activities.
Regularly follow up with clients for upcoming job opportunities, project updates, and service needs.
Operations & Office Management
Organize internal and external events, including corporate functions, holiday parties, team-building events, and charitable initiatives. Manage logistics, invitations, venue selection, and accommodations.
Assist executives with internal communications such as drafting memos, announcements, and materials for company-wide updates or meetings.
Proactively track project deadlines, competing priorities, and executive schedules to ensure timely completion and resource management.
Special Projects & Strategic Support
Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and sales/marketing teams to support business initiatives and maintain alignment with executive goals.
Monitor and report progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and resource allocation is effective.
Recommend and implement improvements to administrative processes, office systems, and executive workflows to enhance efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate:
At least three (3) years supporting C-suite or Senior Leadership personnel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and see them through to completion
Experience in a marketing, communications, or sales support role preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus
