We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have prior experience managing personal injury cases and be skilled in client communication, records collection and case development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of matters in the pre-litigation phaseMaintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary informationRequest and track medical records and bills, and other supporting documentsCoordinate treatment with medical providersPrepare demand packages and assist attorneys with settlement negotiationsMaintain detailed and organized case filesQualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal injuryStrong understanding of the personal injury claims processExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsBilingual (English and Spanish) is a MUSTCompensation & Benefits:
