Minutemen Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators for a local Production company located in West Carrollton, OH
Shift - 2nd (3pm to 11pm)
Pay - $19.50 an hr. pay is weekly
Temp to hire position
Job Duties:
- Operate forklift to move and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload trucks using forklift or other equipment
- Perform inventory control and ensure accurate stock rotation
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including order pickers, hi-lo, and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

KeyResponsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other industrial vehicles to transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.Load and unload deliveries from trucks and trailers, ensuring pallets and materials are positioned safely and securely.Manage inventory by scanning, labeling, and tracking items using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS),.Prepare and secure loads, verify pallet stability, and ensure proper wrapping or shrink-wrapping before movement.Transport raw materials to workstations and return finished goods to staging areas.Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and complete OSHA-required daily checks.Identify workplace hazards, report damages, and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.Support warehouse operations such as picking, packing, order staging, and trailer loading.tate stock using FIFO methods and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.RequiredSkillsandQualifications
