Facility: Clinic. 3 rooms, stroke certified, trauma level 2
Setting: outpatient clinic, using Epic
Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours only. (Monday - Friday 8 am -5 pm).
Practice Details: 20 patients per shift, 12-14 procedures/surgeries per day
Required procedures: Cataract surgery and intravitreal injections a must.
Certifications : BC, active MI License, BLS
