    o Perform warehouse receiving and inventory updates using Magaya Software.

    · Reporting and Documentation:

    o Generate and manage consolidation reports for:

    § Northbound shipments to Jacksonville (JAX)

    § Southbound shipments from JAX

    § Northbound shipments to the Dominican Republic (DR)

    o Prepare and maintain the Double Stack Rack Report.

    o Track and report diesel dispatch records.

    o Submit and maintain the warehouse insurance report.

    o Compile the Capsugel report in accordance with client requirements.

    o Record and manage fleet wash schedules and records.

    o Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) reports for retail drivers.

    o Maintain fleet and station pest control records, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

    The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials, tools, and equipment. This role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, operating equipment to load and unload trucks, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Attendant will also perform other duties outside the standard scope of warehouse operations as directed to support company needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment in designated areas.Prepare and stage materials for delivery to construction sites.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in audits.Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.Assist with deliveries or pick-ups when required.Support other departments or projects with tasks outside normal warehouse duties, as assigned by management.


    SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

    Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or on job sites.Follow safe lifting techniques and proper equipment operation procedures.Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential hazards immediately.Complete equipment pre-use inspections and maintain equipment in safe working condition.


    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum 23 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience, preferably in a construction-related environment is highly preferred.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).Ability to read and interpret delivery documents, work orders, and inventory lists.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. regularly.Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach for extended periods.Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Ability to operate manual and powered material handling equipment.Good vision, hearing, and hand-eye coordination for safe equipment operation.Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager in all daily functions to ensure the timely and accurate loading of delivery trucks while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse facility.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Lead and motivate all warehouse personnel through daily development and coaching. Ensure every Delivery Driver is checked-in immediately upon his return to the warehouse; this includes the counting of all returned product, empties, pallets, and carts. Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures. Ability to lead forklift and pallet jack certification classes. Rotate product within the warehouse to make sure the oldest product is loaded for delivery first. Supervise all functions of “Location Based Inventory” and “Voice Picking” programs. Ensure warehouse, grounds and keg/pallet yards are kept clean. Must be able to work flexible shifts to accommodate peak times and seasonal selling periods. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager.
