Experience & Skills

High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.One year of warehouse, factory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.Ability to read and write English, follow instructions, and perform basic math.Able to interpret packing slips and correctly enter information into computer systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to anticipate packaging needs based on order size, weight, and customer requirements.Familiarity with proper packaging and labeling methods; ability to follow visual instructions.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and monitors at once (preferred).Forklift experience a plus.Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.Must pass a background check and drug test.

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$12.36 hourly

Monday-Friday (7am - 11am), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Picks customer ordersChecks packing list for accuracy and inspects items.Drives an electric cart to pick orders.Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards.Inspect products for defects or damages.Maintains a safe and clean warehouse.Follows all safety rules.Acts professionally and remains focused.Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must be 18 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to read and speak English. Must have reliable transportation. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for all matters concerning the warehouse in our Puerto Rico facility. They will be required to maintain the warehouse/material handling/organization as well as supplying all necessary gaming devices and parts to the production line in accordance to the production schedule. They will be required to work closely with multiple departments, including the Compliance Department, in order to coordinate the incoming and out-going of shipments with all applicable shipping laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete all warehouse movements (physically and systematically).Focus on Warranty (returns from customers and suppliers).Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments from and to the warehouse. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.Label and stock merchandise and inventory according to size and type.Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.Perform the unpacking of deliveries and distribute contents to the correct department and warehouse bin location. Prepare shipments of gaming equipment to include shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders and withdrawal requests from the warehouse are properly completed.Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.Assist with the load and unload of products from deliveries and shipments to and from the warehouse.Regular cycle counting.Conduct year end inventory.Ability to operate a forklift when required.Able to create international shipping documents for UPS, FED EX, DHL for small shipments as well as for larger shipments such as gaming machines.Other duties as assigned. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent skills and knowledge of all warehouse functions.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Bilingual English/Spanish required.Must be able to lift a min. of 50 lbs.Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Programs.Must have a High School Diploma.Must have 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain. Forklift certified, will provide training.Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central a plus.
