Job Overview: The primary function of the Warehouse associate is to process all inbound and outbound shipments for the following business lines; domestic & international household goods, commercial, and containers. In addition, the candidate will be required when directed by the supervisor to perform labor functions “in the field”. The position requires exceptional communication and planning, often combined with fast-paced problem solving. He or she must consistently report to work timely with a positive “can do” attitude, and be willing to work as a team with other members of the warehouse and service. He/she must have the ability to continuously prioritize various day-to-day job duties and have the ability to make timely and accurate decisions. The ideal candidate will possess household goods moving experience.

 

 

Compensation Plan

● $20-$23 per hour (Payroll frequency: biweekly)

Training

Company will provide thorough training immediately upon hire. Training will consist of in-warehouse and in-field training on general moving industry practices and inventorying processes.

Summary of responsibilities:

● Warehouse

○ Required to complete all training as directed by their supervisor

○ Pull/put away crates for inbound/outbound shipments

○ Maintain order and cleanliness of facility (Warehouse)

Description 
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting the workflow of shipping and receiving materials. This entails pulling stock and custom materials according to orders and staging them until the orders are complete and ready to be shipped. You will assist with inventory and report shortages. You will ensure incoming orders are correct and placed in proper storage areas. We provide forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other  equipment to make the job easier!

Ensure accurate and timely outgoing shipments to all customers, including transfers to other facilities.

Oversee and maintain accurate records of inventory and all BC transactions.

Coordinate with Shipping Leads to prepare daily shipments and verify proper documentation.

Work with Receiving team to ensure accurate and timely receipts of inbound shipments.

Monitor inbound container status, report delays, and input receipts into BC system.

Coordinate traffic and freight to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Ensure exports leave with proper documentation, seals, and photographic records.

Communicate shipment exceptions to management to allow customer service to notify clients.

Maintain proper inventory placement and assist with putting away materials.

Qualifications: 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, organizational, and logistics management abilities.

About the RoleWe’re looking for experienced Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, staging, sorting, and transporting materials. This role requires safety-focused performance, teamwork, and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.
