    Position: Accounting Manager
    Location: Headquarters - Moon Township, PA

    The Accounting Manager will oversee the Global General Ledger, lead & manage the timely global monthly financial close process and be responsible for preparation of global consolidated and consolidating financial statement packages & related disclosures. The Accounting Manager will develop, maintain, & ensure adherence to financial accounting policies & procedures and is responsible for all U.S. GAAP accounting research and development of required global implementation of new standards & guidelines and train. They will also assist in Merger & Acquisition accounting and related research, lead & manage the quarterly/annual internal & external audits, and supervise staff ensuring that their work is timely, accurate & reviewed.

    Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

    Ensure appropriate accounting policies & procedures are followed including implementation of new accounting standards on a global basis including training; technical accounting for acquisitions/divestituresOversee integration into SAP system and process improvementsConduct annual policy & procedure updatesOversee timely completion of US CensusOversee the preparation & distribution of global inventory and accounts receivable reportsLead and manage the global monthly financial close process which includes preparation of global consolidated financial statementsPreparation of required financial notes and disclosures for Kuraray corporate consolidation on a quarterly/annual basisLead Internal & External quarterly/annual auditsSupervising and providing requested documentation for the bi-annual external audits as well as internal audits and walkthroughsResponsible for the certification of assigned internal controlsEnsure adherence to J-SOX as required by Kuraray corporateEnsure all policies and controls are documented, maintained, and followedOversee team of accountants ensuring that they are properly trained; work is timely, reviewed & accuratePromote continuous process improvementOversee:Annual physical inventoriesPayroll & benefit accountingCash applicationDerivative accountingIntercompany accountingJournal entry and account reconciliation process (including review and sign-off)T&E/Concur expense reporting system & policy; rebate trackingRevenue review for proper recognitionFixed asset accounting including global capital reportingProject Systems Accounting for the Company's large equipment construction projectsGlobal Lease AccountingDaily product costing

    Qualifications

    A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (Accounting of Finance)Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent is preferred3-5 years of supervisory experience is required5-7 years of financial reporting experience is required7-10 years of general accounting experience is requiredA CPA license/certification is requiredManufacturing experience is preferred

    Position: General Laborer
    Location: Equipment and Assembly Facility - Pittsburgh, PA

    Under the supervision of the E&A supervisor or group leader, the technician will perform all functions under this job description. This includes all necessary functions to maintain a clean and safe shop. Complies with all Company and Safety Policies and procedures in the performance of assigned duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

    Perform all general labor functions (Sweep floors, empty trash, cut grass/remove snow when needed)Load/unload trucks Operate fork truck Operate jib hoist Operate small power tools Operate and maintain all personal safety equipment Assemble all standard products, such as disposorbs, vaporpacs, high flow ventsorbs, etc. Pressure test all assembled units to meet necessary requirements Recondition small returnable units, such as cyclesorbs, bulk bins, etc. Weigh/Load carbon into the small systems as needed. Assist in receiving and verification of quantities of materials and parts delivered to E&A. Read instructions & drawings as necessary for the reconditioning and assembly of standard products. Fabricates lined pipe (PPL and TFE). This includes cutting, threading, assembly, flaring and testing of pipe spools from 1" through 4". Cuts, threads, and assembles carbon steel pipe, plastic pipe and stainless steel pipe Assists with warehousing duties. Performs layout and assembly on all small equipment such as cyclesorbs, bulk bins, vapor paks and high flow ventsorbs (and fan skids). Maintain CCC's service equipment. This includes dual modules, mobile adsorbers, filters, etc. Duties include review of system when returned from customers, preparation of list(s) of required repairs and parts, performance of repairs to the mechanical parts of the systems as well as localized (spot) lining/painting repairs Pickup parts and or make small equipment deliveries

    Qualifications

    A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred 0-2 years of general labor experience Industrial labor experience is preferred

    The Staff Accountant I position will assist with many different functions within the Accounting Group. The core tasks will include monthly/quarterly revenue and COGS adjustments, assisting with global lease accounting, posting various plant and headquarter accounting entries and other accruals, commission accounting, Concur expense report accounting, assisting with GR/IR maintenance and accrued freight, financial statement compilation, and completing various account reconciliations. This includes organizing labor to execute pre outage meetings, fabrications, inspections and researchWrite and manage some capital projects for TAThis amount will vary, however, the average project load will be 10 projects per year totaling less than 2 million typically
