    Job Overview

    Our Customer Support Representative will set appointments, answer calls, troubleshoot product failures and escalate issues through established processes.


    Responsibilities:

    Utilize internal CRM to set RAP service appointmentsAnswers inbound calls from customersDocument and create a record for the CRM of all customer and client interactions in a complete and accurate manner Uses documented policies, procedures and guidelines for carrying out the duties of the positionTroubleshoots product failures and escalates when necessaryEscalates issues through processes that are established by the Call Center SupervisorEscalates issues as needed to the Sr. Customer Support TechnicianOther duties as assigned Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent or three (3) years of successful experience in customer serviceProficient in using a standard desktop computer with Windows and Microsoft Office Ability to interact professionally and work effectively with all levels of employees and a highly diverse workforce and client baseAbility to accurately enter data and call documentationMust be able to work a flexible schedule during assigned shift and may be asked to cover absences on other shifts

    Position Summary

    This position is responsible for the maintenance of the warehouse inventory management and deliveries of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality expectations.


    Responsibilities:

    Unload delivery trucksComplete incoming inspection of shipmentsVerify the accuracy, quantity, and condition of incoming deliveriesComplete receiving paperwork according to requirementsLabeling boxes and placing them in their correct warehouse locationMaintain a well-organized and safe warehouseMaintain accuracy of material inventoryConduct routine material inventory cycle counts; communicate regularly with PurchasingAssist with resolution of inventory issuesAccurately fulfill daily material requests from Team Leaders and others. Pick and pack material in an organized mannerHandle incoming product RMA returnsMaintain material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, ladders, etc.) as necessaryPromptly communicate the receipt of received materials to internal addresseesWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    High School or GEDMust be able to routinely lift 50 lb. boxes; ability to maneuver 500 - 700 lbs. with material handling equipmentMust be able to stand / walk / maneuver materials 8 hours per dayMust pass OSHA forklift training and in-house practical forklift maneuvering trainingMust be able to use a pallet jack and other material handling equipmentMust be able to read and interpret shipping and receiving documentsData entry, math, and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent attendanceGood attitude - pleasant demeanor when interacting with others, even in stressful situationsPrevious warehouse / material handling experience a plus
