    The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that accelerate adoption of Dollar General's myDG ecosystem, scale and optimize the Delivery program, and launch and grow our subscription offering.     Drive myDG Account Creation and Ecosystem Adoption Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies (paid and owned) to increase myDG account creation and foster digitally engaged customers. Work with media and creative agencies to market myDG programs for digital acquisition and retention of loyalty program members. Build out calendars, process, workflows for the program across all channels. Partner with CRM team to develop personalized content and messaging based on customer strategy and journeys. Own weekly reporting in partnership with data science teams to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Scale and Optimize Delivery Program Collaborate with digital product, operations, and analytics teams to support Delivery program growth. Monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve customer experience and profitability. Launch and Scale Subscription Program Lead go-to-market planning and execution for Dollar General's subscription program. Work cross-functionally with product, media teams, agency partners, legal, finance, and operations to ensure seamless rollout. Develop acquisition and retention strategies, actively monitor KPIs, and recommend enhancements to drive sustained growth. Partner with partnership marketing to design and implement a strategic roadmap identifying high-value partnerships across multiple verticals, driving incremental member value and program differentiation.     GENERAL SUMMARY:

    Ensures alltrucks, trailers and yard tractors are in working order and are compliant to federal standards.

    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Diagnose and repair truck, trailer components such as doors, floors, side panels, electrical and air brake systems.Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractor and trailer equipment including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders.Perform maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, lift-gates, and any company-owned equipment.Abide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues.Maintains repairs for class 8 trucks, trailers and yard tractors.Safely operates gauges, forklifts, shunt truck, torches, grinders, and various hand and power tools.Performs DOT inspections and compliancy.
