    Flexible Scheduling:

    New call model moving forward.Each team member will take call for 7 days, running from Saturday to Friday.During the Mon-Fri portion, you will be scheduled for the swing shift, 10 AM 6 PM, with later start times provided when possible.Following your call week, you will have an STO week, which includes the adjacent weekends (9 days).The next three weeks will consist of a mix of 8 and 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with NO CALL A peel-out schedule is also utilized (allowing for early release whenever possible).We maintain a high retention rate because we work collaboratively within our team and ensure coverage for time off.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Our hospital is a thriving community hospital where we manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.When needed, we do support the endo and cath lab.We do not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.
