Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly growing infrastructure efficiently operates, and our innovative services are delivered. Establishing new regions in the US, Europe, and Asia are important next steps in the evolution of Meta's infrastructure expansion. The Facility Operations Business Operations Excellence (BOE) team provides oversight and leadership for critical programs across the organization, including delivering proactive and responsive full-life-cycle engineering expertise to the teams who operate and support our expanding global fleet of data centers.
The Engineering Program Management role will lead a broad range of technically complex, highly cross-functional, engineering design, planning, implementation and coordination activities spanning all engineering disciplines in partnership with the Facilities Engineering team as well as in collaboration with many teams across the Infra organization. The EPM will support our data centers with technical program management, expert analyses, and implementing solutions broadly across all regions to advance Meta's operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Works across regions to understand and correlate technical support needs and priorities.
? Develops detailed Facilities Engineering roadmaps in support of the overall engineering strategy.
? Communicates roadmap, and actively works with the regions to develop engineering execution and resource plans.
? Collaborates with internal and external strategic partners spanning all disciplines and functions within the Infra Data Center organization.
? Develops, analyzes and publishes critical engineering and project performance metrics.
? Develops processes and methodologies to drive quality, reliability, and efficiency improvements throughout all engineering and project management activities.
? Leads technical cross-functional strategic initiatives.
? Routinely report and present to peers, partners and leadership.
? Establishes project success criteria with stakeholders, leads acceptance phase of project and ensures project delivery meets defined requirements.
? Develop and maintain project delivery plans and schedules.
? Effectively manage and deliver successful outcomes across a varied portfolio of complex data center projects.
? 5 to 20% travel to data center and vendor sites for engineering studies and onsite technical project support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? 6+ years combined experience in project leadership of the development, start up
and commissioning of technical projects
? BS degree in engineering or computer science field
? Proven track record in project development and project management for critical
facility, including related trade work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Advanced degree in engineering or computer science field
? Experience understanding and auditing blueprints/CAD infrastructure and control
drawings and diagrams
? Strong communication and organizational skills

? HW module builds:
? Drive component builds, sub-system & system assembly/build in collaboration with vendors and
contract manufacturers.
? End-to-end ownership of build management including but not limited to material planning, material
tracking, inventory management, equipment bring-up, process qualification, day-to-day build
execution, vendor calls, vendor visits, and finished module allocation to various customers.
? Initiate purchase request and follow through the PO process by working with EPS team. Track
invoice/expense against planned budget.
? Generate and communicate status updates and summary reports.
? HW module testing and verification:
? Experience working with CM vendors on electrically and optically functional components.
? Plan, coordinate, and track testing activities for various components, modules, sub-systems and
systems, including tracking serial numbers of parts under test as they move through the assembly
process, generating status updates and summary reports of what has been tested, when, and
where to find the data etc.
? File Jira bugs/tasks in the internal system and follow through issue tracking all the way to closure.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, optical engineering, materials science or a related
field. Advanced degrees (MS, Ph.D.) preferred.
? 3+ years of industrial or equivalent experience in hardware development and/or program management of
complex consumer electronics devices.
? Experience with Optics and/or lenses is a huge plus
? Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is required.
? Experience in AR (Augmented Reality)-related industry experience is preferred.
? Experience partnering with Asian-based vendors and/or contract manufacturers is a huge plus.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Temporary Project Management Assistant to support our EHS team in managing projects, updating project management reports, and ensuring key milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing high-functioning teams, preferably with an EHS background. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, metrics, and reporting, as well as preparing submissions and ensuring KPI/OKR assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
• Update project management reports, including project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Streamline processes, metrics, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare submissions, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.

The Product Strategy (PS) team's mission is to shape the best strategic direction for Meta.
We do so by monitoring and analyzing trends driving our industry, identifying consumer needs, adding structure to ambiguous problems, and framing key decisions for our leaders. We work closely with product leaders and other cross-functional teams to define and translate our work into actionable insights to influence the long-term product roadmap.
The PS team develops a deep understanding of the product landscape, including trends, players, technologies, and underlying dynamics. As a member of the Market Data Strategy (MDS) team within PS, the Project Manager will partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sourcing, Privacy XFN, external vendors) to coordinate, track and execute the acquisition and maintenance of data sources, especially those related to the sales and usage of consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will have solid project management, business development or vendor management experience, as well as structured thinking & communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Data Strategy: Understand business needs and translate them into specific metrics/data sources to then go procure. Assist in the development of requirements and documentation for data and analytics enhancements for the product strategy team.
• Contracting: Work with Meta Sourcing, Privacy and Reality Labs team to execute new data contracts and renewals in a timely fashion. Facilitate scoping discussions for complex contracts.
• Vendor Management: Track open issues and action items with current and prospective vendors.
• Business Development: Research and evaluate new data sources and perform outreach to maintain a pipeline of new vendors to meet future data needs for PS. Have a strong perspective on ROI for spend.
• Program Management & Communication: Drive deliverables forward by tracking status, coordinating bi-weekly updates and alerting delivery risks across multiple cross-functional engineering and strategy roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional (XFN) Coordination: Work broadly across a range of XFN to identify and elevate needs, creatively solve inbound asks and aggregate needs across XFN
• Subject Matter Expertise on Data: Advise teams on which are the best source to access for inbound questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, vendor management, business development, consulting
• 2+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate or similar role
• Experience in data modeling, project tracking, including advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams to achieve outcomes
• Demonstrated experience of presenting to leadership and influencing product decisions
• Demonstrated experience structuring and solving analytical problems
Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, business operations, vendor & budget management, business development
• 3+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate or similar role, and/or data analytics/data science projects
• Experience in the consumer internet space, including social, communications, media, and entertainment verticals, experience with data privacy considerations
