    Job Description

    For Associates working in assembly departments, tasks include but are not limited to:

    operation of testing equipment including Decay test, e-box, subassembly testing and end of line test at run off.

    Use piping schematics, electrical wiring diagrams and work instructionsto assure 100% unit compliance with quality standards andproduct design.

    assembling and brazing of copper piping , assembling refrigerant components for brazing, brazing in tight spots, reading and using wiring diagrams to complete electrical circuits, basic machine operation, using computer operated equipment to run and test heat pumps, using manual and power tools to assemble according to product specifications, meeting production goals.

    Qualifications

    Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures.

    Experience reading / understanding wiring diagrams

    Wiring skills and working with electricity.

    Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested.

    Must be able to work overtime when requested.

    Must be able to speak, read and write English.

    Manufacturing experience in assembly preferred.

    Warehouse associate that will perform duties to include picking, labeling, re-labeling, loading, unloading, receiving, and inspections of material and dunnage for shipping, receiving and storage in a fast spaced environment.

    As an Sales Account Manager for Vehicle Motion, you are responsible for a diverse group of customers with a worldwide footprint. The products are chassis components including: braking, steering, airbag, and a portfolio of chassis sensors. The customers are primarily OEMs, but for certain products also directed Tier 1 opportunities.This position will require approximately 25% of travel both domestically and internationally to meet with customers.

    In this role you are responsible for the entire sales process execution - start to finish.     Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and supporting the SAP S/4 HANA from SAP R3 transition, specifically in the Order to Cash (O2C) relevant aspects of customer master, sales order management, pricing, and invoicing. You will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of the end-to-end order processing cycle, from sales order creation through to invoicing and cash receipt.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand current business processes as well as legal and market requirements.Translate requirements into SAP solutions by developing functional specifications for template enhancements or custom development required in the SD process and support FICO module.Collaborate with project managers, other SAP module (SD, MM, WM, FICO) consultants, operational teams, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end integration and successful project delivery.Conduct testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to provide timely solutions.Provide post-implementation support including resolving system issues, providing training and guidance to end users, and ensuring the O2C process is running smoothly.Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.Document business processes, configurations, and custom developments for knowledge transfer and future reference.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on the SD module.Proven experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA from SAP R3 transitions in complex environments.Strong knowledge of SD module processes including Customer Master, Order Management, Pricing, Available-To-Promise (ATP), Logistic Execution, Forms and Outputs, and Billing.Experience with SAP S/4 HANA's and/or SAP R3 other modules (FICO, MM, PP, EWM) is highly desirable.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Strong customer orientation and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, or consumer goods is preferred.Knowledge of SAP (ABAP) and/or variant configuration is a plus but not required.Exposure to SAP HANA Cloud or S/4HANA cloud solutions would be advantageous.Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish and German a plus.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    This position involves full-time travel to different domestic and international site locations during critical project milestones and deployments. When not actively engaged in these phases, work is conducted primarily remotely or hybrid.
