Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.
You love to bring order to complexity. Duplicate vendor records, misaligned material attributes, inconsistent UOMs — these aren't just data problems to you, they're opportunities. You take ownership of master data quality across the full lifecycle and know that clean, governed data is the foundation every supply chain decision rests on.You're curious about the downstream impact of master data. You ask "what breaks downstream if we change this field?" before making a move. You understand how a single master data attribute touches procurement, planning, finance, and logistics — and you use that knowledge to make governance decisions that actually hold up in production. You're an expert in facilitating alignment across the business. You've run governance council meetings where stakeholders don't agree — and left with a documented decision and clear owners. You can translate data standards into language that lands with a warehouse manager and a VP of Finance alike, and you know that policy without buy-in is just a document no one reads. Why CoreWeave?
