This is a critical leadership role driving end-to-end user experiences across our IDE agents, Slackbot, NextEdit, Flow Mode, and other user-facing surfaces. You’ll oversee a high-impact org that leads 0→1 product innovation, moves quickly to test ideas, and is constantly searching for product-market fit across new workflows.
The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about the AI for code space, excited to reimagine how software is built, and energized by working hands-on with AI tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Experience managing manager-of-managers, with multiple product engineering teams under them.
Proven ability to attract, coach, and retain product-minded ICs and tech leads.
Skilled at navigating uncertainty and helping teams turn ambiguous ideas into real, high-quality features.
Deep experience structuring teams and portfolios around learning loops and high-upside product bets.
Technical Track Record
Led engineering orgs through multiple 0→1 product cycles, ideally in devtools, productivity tools, or AI/ML-powered products.
Familiar with frontend/backend architecture and how product, design, and infrastructure interconnect at early stages.
Known for strong product judgment — understands when to double down and when to pivot.
Comfortable diving into quality, latency, UX polish, and product instrumentation to enable rapid iteration and learning.
Leadership
Skilled at identifying weak signals of PMF and turning them into focused iteration.
Balances intention with urgency — knows when to move fast and when to slow down and refine.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
