    About the role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Agent Deployment Architect focused on Healthcare Integrations. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful product integrations with organizations in the payor, provider, and digital health sectors. You will collaborate closely with our client's technical and operational teams to facilitate smooth implementation processes and ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the technical aspects of pre-sales and post-sales cycles, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience for each client.

    Educate clients on the features and functionalities, serving as their first point of contact for technical inquiries.

    Act as the primary technical resource during product implementation and evaluation, adeptly navigating complex topics such as data integration, product configuration, etc.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales teams, to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

    Develop tooling and playbooks to streamline and automate key pre-sales activities, improving efficiency and scalability.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.).

    Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).

    Experience in hospital operations, especially in the ambulatory or home health contexts.

    Experience with ancillary healthcare integrations, including population health systems, CRM, ERP, etc.

    Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.

    Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Comfortable reading and debugging Python.

    Start-up experience preferred.

    About the Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Orchestration Platform Development:

    Architect and implement an advanced orchestration platform to manage a diverse set of LLMs efficiently.

    Design solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and availability across various deployment environments.

    Infrastructure Management:

    Utilize Kubernetes, Terraform, and other Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools to automate and manage ML infrastructure.

    Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.

    Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML infrastructure.

    Multi-Cloud Strategy:

    Design and execute strategies to leverage multiple cloud providers for cost optimization, redundancy, and compliance.

    Performance Optimization:

    Qualifications:

    About the Role

    As the Head of Revenue Accounting you will design, implement, and scale revenue operations processes and systems to support Hippocratic AI’s next growth stage. You will collaborate cross-departmentally with GTM, Legal, and BI Operations teams to drive end to end revenue management including deal desk, proper documentation of the contractual terms, sending and collecting invoices, revenue recognition, month end close for revenue accounts, revenue forecast, and GTM compensation process.

    Responsibilities

    Own all revenue and AR operation processes including:

    Onboarding on customer vendor portals

    Collecting customer billing information

    Consolidating and tracking contractual obligations

    Preparing and sending invoices

    Leading collection efforts

    Recognizing revenue by customer by service

    Lead month end closing process for revenue and deferred revenue accounts

    Own revenue forecast by customer and service

    Drive GTM compensation process and calculation on a monthly basis

    Own sales tax registration and compliance across all jurisdictions

    Draft revenue recognition memos and ensure adherence to GAAP standards

    Build strong working relationships with GTM, Legal, and BI Operations to align and improve workflows

    Build an industry leading billing and revenue operations department as the company scales

    Qualifications

    Must-Haves:

    8-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Account Receivable roles with large B2B SaaS companies

    About The Role

    As the Head of Revenue Accounting you will design, implement, and scale revenue operations processes and systems to support Hippocratic AI’s next growth stage. You will collaborate cross-departmentally with GTM, Legal, and BI Operations teams to drive end to end revenue management including deal desk, proper documentation of the contractual terms, sending and collecting invoices, revenue recognition, month end close for revenue accounts, revenue forecast, and GTM compensation process.

    Responsibilities

    Own all revenue and AR operation processes including:Onboarding on customer vendor portalsCollecting customer billing informationConsolidating and tracking contractual obligationsPreparing and sending invoicesLeading collection effortsRecognizing revenue by customer by serviceLead month end closing process for revenue and deferred revenue accountsOwn revenue forecast by customer and serviceDrive GTM compensation process and calculation on a monthly basisOwn sales tax registration and compliance across all jurisdictionsDraft revenue recognition memos and ensure adherence to GAAP standardsBuild strong working relationships with GTM, Legal, and BI Operations to align and improve workflowsBuild an industry leading billing and revenue operations department as the company scales

    Qualifications

    Must-Haves:

    Qualified CPA8-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Account Receivable roles with large B2B SaaS companiesStrong knowledge of ASC 606 GAAP standardProficiency in enterprise-grade B2B billing, revenue recognition, and contract managementExperience managing sales tax compliance across jurisdictions on platforms like AvalaraAbility to create and execute SOPs for billing, revenue recognition, and collectionsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work autonomously
