    Job Summary:

    The Donation Center Attendant (DCA) works in the Goodwill Donation Centers. The DCA is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to every donor who visits the Goodwill Donation Center. The DC Attendant will greet each donor, remove the donations from the donors’ vehicle and offer each donor a receipt and thank the donor for donating.

    To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.

    Trays may also be pulled.

    Climbing

    Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

    STOOPING/BENDING


    Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.

    Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

    Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.

    Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.


    CROUCHING/SQUATTING

    Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

    REACHING

    Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.

    Workers reach above 72"occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.

    Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.

    Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.

    The position is full-time with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and 401K retirement plan.

    The Insurance Verification specialist preforms thorough and accurate insurance verifications.

    Office Location: Baptist Beaches clinic, 1577 Roberts Dr. Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250

    Schedule: Monday - Friday/40 hours/week

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Obtain and verify patient insurance benefits coverage by use of insurance websites or by reaching out to insurance carriers prior to patient appointment / procedure. Provide an explanation of potential financial obligations to the patient.Enter / update all patient and insurance information into EMR system accurately to ensure proper billing.Review system so verifications are accurate and completed prior to patient appointment.Review documentation obtained by Front Desk for scheduled, walk-in and emergency appointment patients.Provide daily updates to Manager on patient verification status.Ensure that verification updates are entered daily into practice management system.Communicate with other staff members about any patient concerns and/or issues related to verifications.Contact patients to go over insurance benefits and possible patient responsibility.Cross train, back up Front DeskOther duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements

    Prior medical office experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience with insurance and referrals.Strong knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Managed Care, HMO/PPO plans and Authorization/Referral requirements.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.     Just got your CDL-A? Start your career the right way with paid, hands-on training, steady miles, and strong weekly pay from day one. No experience needed if you’ve completed a certified CDL school.

    What We Offer:

    Paid Training: 4–6 weeks with a dedicated mentor

    Weekly Pay: Avg $1,300 after training

    Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM, with raises every 3–6 months (up to $0.64 CPM)

    Miles: 1,600–2,200 weekly

    Freight: 100% no-touch | 50% drop-and-hook

    Home Time: Every 14 days for 2 full days

    Orientation: Paid $300 + travel and lodging provided

    Assigned, late-model equipment

    Minimum Requirements:

    Valid Class A CDL

    Must be at least 21 years old

    No major moving violations in the past 3 years

    Stable work history or valid explanation for gaps

    • Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about

    • Ensure clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services
    • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
    • Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for
    booking
    • Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
    • Act as first line of customer service around questions and concerns with clients
    • Performing opening and closing procedures including using checklists
    and sales dashboards
    • Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment
