    PAY BREAKDOWN

    Training pay: $650/weekFirst 3 months: $1,000/week guaranteedAfter that: $1,400 to $1,800/week average

    HOW IT WORKS
    You're paired with a trainer for 4 to 6 weeks. You run actual freight together — not a simulator, not a classroom. Once your trainer clears you, you're on your own.

    Training covers:

    Operating a Class A tractor-trailer safelyELD systems and hours-of-service compliancePre-trip and post-trip inspection proceduresDispatch communication and company protocol

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35Bi-weekly home timeFull DOT regulation complianceAccurate ELD logs and DVIRsThorough equipment inspections, every shiftProfessional communication with dispatch
